Outstanding! All members of the work crew were professional, polite and great to have around—hard workers all! Each day they announced when they would like to arrive next day (7:15am) and they were here promptly at that time each day! We will gladly refer friends to Carlos and Gateway, especially because they can do it all! Very happy and pleased with refreshed interior, like new, to our home we purchased new in ‘92. Kristina in the home office was most helpful and personable. Their partner, Kay Wood, at Floortrader was very helpful assisting us to pick flooring and carpet colors—even made a special trip to our home to not only measure, but assist with color choices for paint to best match planned flooring and carpet. Thank you Gateway and the whole crew!!
