The big two garage door companies in southwest Florida couldnâ t handle the job for 5/7 days. I explained to both that we were seniors, both cars were in the garage and we couldnâ t get the door open bc the tension spring had snapped. D&D offered an emergency call out for a $200 surcharge. Called Gator. Moe said that he could be at our home within 2 hours and gave a real estimate over the phone. Moe showed, was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the door within 2 hours and was gone. Iâ ll never call another garage door company.
