The GEA Construction team hit all our requirements and we most definitely would hire them again. They are professional craftsmen of many trades. They came to our home did a thorough walk through, assessed the work to be done and provided a cost. They were knowledgeable about not taking cheap short cuts so that it would take to give us a finished product that we would be happy with. They cared that it was done right and that we would be pleased with the result. ~*~Timeliness & Preparedness - Once we selected them for the job and scheduled a start time, they showed up at the agreed time with the proper tools. I appreciate that they had an adequate crew to keep the project moving along and completed the job within the time frame they stated. ~*~Professionalism - The crew left at the same time each day which gave our family a little breathing space. The crew communicated well with us and with one another. They worked cohesively as a team and showed respect, courtesy, and professionalism for one another. They also showed care to not damaging or make a mess of property. ~*~*Cost – The cost was very reasonable and we are pleased with the finished paint and wood trim. The house looks brand new. ~*~*Communication – We were kept informed of the progress being made, the areas to not touch, instructions for maintenance, when the crew would return, and if we had any issues they would return for any corrections needed.

I really can’t say enough good things about GEA. I recently moved to the area and was unsure of who to work with for a home improvement renovation. I sourced estimates from 7 different contractors - Junior was the ONLY contractor who went up to the attic during the estimate to inspect the joists and support structure. He was also the only one who wore a mask (unprompted) due to Covid. That gave me the indication early on that he would be thorough and professional. The work itself was impeccable - different crew members have their specialities (flooring, carpentry, electrical, etc.) and were assigned accordingly. They were always prompt and respectful and they cleaned up after every work day. Junior was extremely thorough and addressed every single concern I had. The price was more than fair, the work was excellent, and everything was performed to code. I am 100% satisfied and very grateful that I found GEA - I have recommended them to all of my neighbors and will be using them for all of my future home improvement projects!

J.R. just tell that young guy to pull those pants up, please. ;) Nonetheless, I am planning to have them come do a few other things in my home after my porch and deck is completed in the next two weeks. G.E.A. Construction is the best company I have worked with as far as any home improvement projects we have undertaken! Efrain Sr. is such an expert in guiding the team during the work process. These guys know what they are doing. They converted my breezeway section into a garage adjoining the old single garage. The team were very professional, always on time and so responsive. They also replaced our old fence with vinyl privacy fence- it is looking great! We will surely be hiring this company again for any future home projects. I feel fortunate and grateful we came across

GEA Construction has done several jobs for me and my partners- from full renovations on flipped houses to inspection punch out lists for rental properties. They give the personal touch of a family run business, and also have the knowledge and expertise to handle any renovation or repair. Their crews are hard working and often work on holidays and weekends to meet deadlines. We will continue to hire GEA for future projects.
