I hired Rubins and his losers to remodel a condo. The work they did was failed by the inspector at least twice and then they refused to finish the work since they pleaded to get payments of more than they were owed. Now I have to hire a different contractor to finish their poor workendship. If you want endless probems with getting your job done right, hire Contractors on Demand!

I had JP General Construction do a two-story pool cage for me, I was very pleased with the final results. Everything they said they would do. They did in a timely manner a very professional company. I would highly recommend JP General construction if you were thinking about having work done.

During 2023 had a full remodel completed with JP General Construction. Job was completed as promised. The process for issuing a permit was fast and job was done as sold. Permit was closed with no issues. I appreciated the proactive communication from the team that kept me updated on the status and timelines. High quality services and I would recommend them for any projects.

Overall I'm pleased with the work that was done and the time it took to complete. I would certainly recommend them to others. They replaced my pool cage, gutters, and some other minor things that were damaged by Ian. The price was fair and the people were kind. There were a few hiccups that seemed more due to a lack of communication than anything else. Also, the communication with me wasn't great which was a bit anxiety inducing but at the end of the day, the work was completed, any issues I had were addressed in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm happy with the outcome.

This company did a very good job on our lanai pavers and pool cage. They were professional, on time and very clean and tidy. We would very highly recommend JP General Construction.

I contacted with JP Construction to replace my pool cage that was destroyed by hurricane Ian. The crew that originally constructed the replacement cage actually left me with quite a mess. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. They were very responsive!! Their best crew was sent to rework my cage. All of the problems were taken care of by this crew. I was told that the original crew was no longer with the company because of the problems they created!! So, although there were issues they took care of it all in a timely manner and it has now passed inspection. They have been very responsive about a few issues after the fact. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and professionalism!!
