I hired Contractors On Demand to remodel my apartment. At the beginning, the permitting process took a little longer than expected, but that was due to delays from the city, which has been taking extra time to issue permits lately. Once the project started, the work took approximately three months and everything went very well. I highly recommend them because I was able to deal directly with the owners, Lucas and Rubens, without any middlemen involved. They were professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The apartment looks amazing, and I am very satisfied with the final result.

Hired Contractors on Demand,to redo our pool cage,lanai & swimming pool. They did a amazing job working sun up until sun down to complete the project,quality work in a timely fashion They did a phenomenal job. Most definitely would hire them again without a 2nd thought.

I was having a hard time finding someone reliable to come to my house—every GC I spoke with seemed shady, and I really value transparency before starting any project. Rubens was very attentive to the details I specifically didn't want to happen, and the whole process was smooth and fast, just like I asked. I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to be misled or pressured.

Gave them a $13,000 check initially on January 2. They were supposed to start the demolition of the drywall and the flooring in my house from the hurricane damage. Two weeks went by and they still had not done any work. I had also given them a second check post dated for January 17 that I explicitly told them not to cash on Sunday. And by Tuesday, they had deposited that check also. After the demolition was done, I asked for them to call me several times and I have all the texts to prove it. Got a lot of lip service but no phone call. So I went down there to the office And Rubens who is supposed to be the CEO danced as fast as he could to try to impress me. And when I asked him what had been done and the past five weeks concerning my permits, the answer was nothing had been started. So I asked for the rest of my money backsince they had only charged $7300 for the demo and the dumpsters. Out of $25,000 that I gave them. They gave me back $8900. They stole $6000 from me.

I hired Rubins and his losers to remodel a condo. The work they did was failed by the inspector at least twice and then they refused to finish the work since they pleaded to get payments of more than they were owed. Now I have to hire a different contractor to finish their poor workendship. If you want endless probems with getting your job done right, hire Contractors on Demand!

I had JP General Construction do a two-story pool cage for me, I was very pleased with the final results. Everything they said they would do. They did in a timely manner a very professional company. I would highly recommend JP General construction if you were thinking about having work done.
