Very well.

Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future

It turned out well. He came in and did what he said he could due, based on the condition that the carpets was in. He did this in 2 rooms; living room, dining room and a little vest view 4x5 area. He brought an assistant. It took them about an hour and a half to 2 hours to complete the work. He came right away and looked at the carpet, he told me what he could do. He did do a good job and gave us some tips if we wanted to clean it up a little bit more. They had the best prices than some other quotes that we got. He was running about 30 minutes late, but he did call me to let me know ahead of time.

The three person team were in and out within 30 minutes. They were also punctual and nice! They did a great job and the carpet smelled fresh afterwards. They also came out on a Sunday and I called the day of, which was a huge convenience

The experience was great. Dana and two others were on time and immediately jumped to work. They were thorough and the quality of the work was very good (my carpets haven't looked this good since we bought the place). Dana even explained that he has yet to find a machine that's able to exert enough force to adequately clean stairs. His solution? He cleans them by hand with a brush. My wife and I will be using them annually now - this totally beats doing it ourselves.

I had a last-minute cleaning job right after the big blizzard in Chicago, and they were able to squeeze me in... which was no small feat! They are family-owned and operated (a father and son team showed up) who were prompt, professional, and quite . They did have a minimum charge for a visit that ended up being a bit pricey for the small job I had (just 2 small-medium sized bedrooms), but this was no different than the other companies from whom I received quotes. I plan on using them again for my other rental properties as well as my own home. I can't give a better recommendation than that!

I actually thought he was good. I have only used them once so far. The price was really good. He was on time. I thought he did a good job. I liked him; I thought he was a nice guy. I'm going to call him again, which should be an indication of how much I like him.
