Gemini's Hardwood Flooring

I paid a lot of money for this flooring project and Oscar's finishing touches to the flooring workmanship & putting baseboards back was sloppy and not the job I paid him to do. I asked him to come back out a fix things to an acceptable level and his reply to me was that he would come back out a fix things to an acceptable level if I paid him another $400. I had already paid him over $1,400 + materials. I would not recommend Gemini's hardwood flooring to anyone. I will not work with Oscar in the future nor recommend him to anyone. His people and customer service skills or lack thereof are unfriendly and unprofessional.

No issues with installation

These guys did an amazing job. They laid 300 square ft of flooring in our kitchen and dinning room in an 8 hr day. It looks beautiful. On a scale of 1-10, they get a 10.

Oscar and his son are the best people you can hire. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fixing up a house, and not just installing flooring. His prices are excellent, and everything was done in a timely manner, even a little ahead of time. His work was so good that I’m contracting with him for the rest of the home. I feel as if I have made a new friend. This is the guy you want.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Oscar and his team of professionals. He always took the time to answer all my questions and to follow through with all my requests. He even did a few extra things I requested and did not add to the original price. They were always punctual and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. You will not find a better price nor an installer with higher quality standards. I could not be happier with the final product installation and I highly recommend them!

Great, Oscar was very punctual and response from the beginning of contact. He searched high and low to find a difficult panel color/design. He found it and arranged the order. Even after the flooring was complete, he checked in to see how everything went.
