without going into details, I offer the following advice: Get other quotes. Be sure that she includes the number of man hours on the quote. Mine was given verbally so I had no recourse. Be sure that you get confirmation on the amount of wallcovering that she tells you to buy from someone else. Be sure that you are home while they are working

As [Member Name Removed] describes herself through in a text sent to our business cell phone "I am a pitbull when it comes to fighting", "I will certainly be sure I tell everyone I know including online that I was ripped off by your company". this review has not real meaning, it only has the intention to hurt our image in public out of false accusations. You are welcome to continue to read and learn how humorous the situation can be or you can continue to trust our amazing and professional performance and re frame from reading this non sense situation. [Member Name Removed] received a written proposal with a lump sum quote for removal and installation of a very large foyer. She happily accepted the price with out hesitation or objection. No man hours were discussed or hourly rates since the nature of our high end work, does not have room for this terms. Her construction job has lead her to only contemplate man power paid in hourly basis instead of accepting lump sum quotes as Gemini Wallcovering and Renovations operates. Gemini Wallcovering assigned not one person, as the home owner was expecting, but four professionals from our team, whom conveniently completed the job after [Member Name Removed] went to work and before her arrival. To our surprise, the home owner besides accusing us from stealing her wallpaper left over, which it is not true, was also upset for us finishing the job so quickly. She placed her focus on doing the math on how much money she was paying for the whole job and how much money each person was receiving per each hour of work. Instead of being appreciative of our work and enjoy the end results, she requested a revised invoice for a lower price on the job completed because the job did not take long enough. Besides our impeccable performance in her property, this home owner was assisted step by step to purchase the correct amount of material needed. Several phone calls were placed by our team members in her behalf after business hours to solve an issue with the manufacturer and several text messages were kindly answered to the home owner after 8.30pm. Our amazing reviews for the last 15 years don't lie. Serving Northern Virgina, DC and Maryland has given us great satisfaction with amazing clients who have experienced our services and kindly reviewed the effort and professionalism of our team with very positive words. [Member Name Removed] is very far from our regular client base. Considered and appreciative home owners are our pride and joy since they motivate us day by day to keep our high quality and great results. Adriana did a wonderful job! She was responsive in email, and showed up right on time. She was quick, efficient, and thoughtful. She even waited around for the electrician to install a light so that she could make sure the wallpaper sufficiently covered the space around the light base plate. She was very friendly and professional, and her work was expertly done and seamless! She even did a little extra work and was prepared not to charge for it - that shows she takes pride in her work and wants the wallpaper to look exceptional and complete! We will definitely use her company again in the future.

I needed two junction boxes moved for wall sconces before having this company install wallpaper in my dining room. They were very responsive and did a great job at a great price. I can't wait to have them do the wallpaper, too, to finish my dining room.

Fantastic service!!! They were able to remove all the wallpaper and repair any damage (not by them) to my dining room and half bath in three hours! They also primed the walls for painting. Adriana and her crew were the best! I would hesitate to call them again and plan on getting some other estimates from them very soon.

Excellent experience! Adriana worked with me via email to determine how much wallpaper I needed to order and gave me an estimate based on measurements and photos of the space. She arrived on time with her colleague and they did a fabulous job. The room looks fantastic!

Perfect! There were 16 pieces, a few cutouts, and very hard pattern to match. Adriana matched the pieces perfectly. It looks like a masterpiece!!! They were on time and finished within their estimated amount of time. They are very neat, compact and efficient with their materials. When they left it was if no one had been there. Very kind, we had very pleasant conversations. When they completed the installation it brought tears to my eyes. I could not have imagined it would look so beautiful. I would use them again, again, and again!!! <br /> <br />

Home built in 1958. <br /> <br /> Excellent , meticulous work. Very timely, and responded quickly when asked to come back out to cover a small area of wall. I will definitely call them again if I have a need.

<p>I asked Gemini for a second opinion for removing the wall paper in my guest bathroom, preparing for painting and then painting. They came in $2,100 below my prior estimate. That left me money to have them repair a number of roof issues as well. </p> <p>They started right on time, and after they removed the wallpaper and molding, they discovered I had mold on the outside wall. The next day, after talking with me, they removed all drywall that had mold, and replaced it and the wood strips behind it. By the next day, they had finished all sanding and had two coats of paint. </p> <p> The following day they were done. I feel they were completely transparent, highly competitive (when factoring in the quality of workmanship), and very focused on quality. I have now found someone that I will use to do any and all of the work I need done on my home.</p> <br />

they were amazing they came and went straight to work, i am Zak and i am 12 years old and they put up a wall paper in my room and they hung my amazing beach mural and they said the had to cut out the door because they said it would be too hard too do the door but they did it! an they were so friendly and nice the whole entire time <br />

We had a small wall that had been wallpapered in the past but with major bubbles. Our house is going to be offered for sale in the near future and we were looking for a way to solve that problem withoiut having to do major work. Gemini came when they said they would and were able to fix the problems using some extra wall paper we had as well as removing and reappying some of the original material. Many companioes can't be bothered with such a small project, much less work with existing material. Gemini was great. They came when they said they would, called when they were going to be a few mibnutes late and were flexible to our schedule. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. <br />
