"This was resolved with the Better Business Bureau. Gem State Roofing prides on quality work we have been in business for over 28 years and we do everything possible to satisfy the customer. In this case there was a few things missed orginally and there was more then 3 hours involved, in trying to please the customer employees were instructed to make sure the customer was happy before they left. The customer walked the roof with employee and employee fixed anything customer asked and customer was happy when we left and then it was referred to better bussiness bureau and resolved."
