<p>Last week we suddenly lost all water service in the house. I contacted Mark and even though he was booked solid for four-days-out he came out the next day to evaluate the situation. He had our well temporally running again right away. Two days later one of his crews was out to install a new pressure tank. We had recently purchased this home and had never had a well before, Mark and his folks were very professional and took the time to explain the entire system to us and what happened and what the solution options were. I highly recommend General Pump Mechanics and will use them again if we have well problems.</p> <br />

The guy who came out, his name was Mark. He couldn't find anything wrong with the system, and he didn't charge anything. I would recommend them. The guy really knew what he was doing. They were prompt and on time.
