Generation 3 PC & Laptop Repair

I lost the internet connection to my laptop on a Friday afternoon. After confirming that it was not the WiFi provider, I checked and saw that the network adapter was down.  <br /> I called RJ the next morning and he called back within fifteen minutes. After discussing the problem with him, he came over about an hour later. He adjusted some settings and it appeared as though the connection was restored but when no signal was being received, he said there were clearly other problems and he took the laptop with him. He left a message that evening but I wasn't able to reach him until Sunday evening. He told me the problem and that he was running tests and checks, once the infected programs were removed. <br /> I got my computer back on a Tuesday afternoon (would have been sooner but we had conflicts). Had I taken it anywhere else, it would have been a lot longer and probably at a higher cost. RJ was great at getting back to me and he even dealt with an issue on my husband's cpu at no additional charge. <br /> He told us what to loo for in terms of potential problems.  <br /> RJ was thoroughly professional, answered all of our questions, and is easy to work with. <br />

<em>After finding Generation 3 on Angies List, I immediately contacted him thru e-mail.  Within a very short time he called me on my home phone.  His company isn't too far from my house, so an appointment was made for that very afternoon.  He was on time & immediately went to work throughly cleaning up my PC of several viruses.  He added a couple of things to my computer to make it a little safer from future viruses.  There were some upgrades & changes that were available to me.  He explained each of them to me so that I could make a more educated decision on my own.  NO pressure ever from the technician!   Very professional ! </em>

See above: <br /> <br /> The home build Home Theatre PC had worked fine until a Windows upgrade took the USB controller offline.  Personal efforts to research and remedy the problem  became too time consuming and their was a possibility that more damage would be done through my efforts.  Generation 3 PC and Laptop Repair was able to evaluate the problem and arrive at a suitable fix in less than 24 hours. What more can you say other than "A Job Well Done".

Simple called because I was having issues. Spoke with Rj and he helped me figure out the right way to go forward. He even came to my home and picked up the computer. Before any charge was given or he did anything he called me to let me know the issue and how much the solutions would cost. Honestly I was expecting almost double the prices considering past experiences. After a day he had the laptop back in working order running faster than when we bought it. <br />
