It went well. Alexander knows his stuff. He was very precise and very clear in explaining things. He gave a quote and stuck to it. He estimated a week, but it was delivered 2 days later! He is very professional and polite. He takes his time to answer questions. Shante who answers the phone and schedules is fabulous and efficient. She is very polite and appears to appreciate her customers. I would definitely recommend them. We did have a little hick up on the delivery time, but all was well.

My generator was down for 6 months, After several other repairmen attempted to fix my problem I finally got in touch with Alex, what a relief!! He came and put in a new motor. He repaired all issues and was super polite and professional! I am so glad to have found someone I can call on!
