The job was not done right! 1.Multiple phone calls go unanswered regarding the second round of sand on the turf. 2.Today I noticed the bottom of the 3rd floor window came off and separated on the ground. Again, Carlos does not pick up phone and he does not respond to texts. After spending over $20,000 with GMC this year, I would expect a follow up on incomplete work.
