Excellent work, will definitely hire them again. I had Derrick deep clean my concrete floor in my living room / dinning room / kitchen, then add two coats of wax and then polish the floor. I was really impressed at how good of a job they did! They took two extra hours because the floor was dirtier than they original thought, but did not charge me for the extra time.

He has steam cleaned our entire home - carpets, rugs, couches and carpeted stairs - for several years now and always does an exceptional job. Prompt, thorough and professional, he is also a very nice guy and easy to work with. The price is reasonable and he takes Venmo now so it's very easy and convenient. I also appreciate that he is local a small business owner vs a big box type of service. I recommend him to all my neighbors!

The offer was for 3 rooms. They did one room and a large area rug. The carpet cleaner did not know what the services covered. My friend was there and was not sure. The carpet cleaner didn't check with his office so he cleaned one room and the area rug. When I called and spoke to the manager about the services paid for her told me that they will deodorize the one room but to clean the other room I would have to pay $65. I declined.

One man show, last call, hurried thru cleaning, once carpet dried most stains still present.

I purchased a deal for carpet cleaning for four rooms although I really wanted to have two large rooms cleaned. Genesis was very willing to accommodate my request. They scheduled the appointment quickly, arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. When they left, everything was put back into place just where it had been. I would definitely hire them again to clean the carpets. I note that they also have other services and when I need other jobs done, I will give them a call.
