Great to work with. It would have been nice to have more heads up on the day of service with something like a confirmation text. Otherwise, price was reasonable, guys were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them

The guys arrived on time. Got right to work and did a Great Job. Haven't used my new AC yet but i was impressed with their work ethic and cleaning up after the job was finished. Very transparent in helping me pick out the right unit for our home. Could have recommended a higher price unit but told me it wasn't the right one for the Ohio climate.

The owner of the company came out for the repair. Seemed like a great person and responded back quickly. They showed up, assessed the situation and said it would be $175 plus service fee to get it up and running. An hour later they come upstairs and said my heat exchanger is corroded and it needs to be replaced. They said it would be around 1200-1600 to fix and they would check to see if its under warranty. They go out the car and come back and said its not under warranty and the part is on back order. They also said it would be closer to 1800-2000 after install so they mentioned it would be better to replace the furnace.. which mind you is only 7 years old. We went over some furnace options and said they could get it installed next day. Luckily for me I know HVAC contractors and the project manager who built my home. Genesis lied, the heat exchanger has a 20 year warranty so they didn?t call anyone. The inducer motor was the issue and it was fixed 2 days later. If I didn?t know to get a 2nd opinion this company would have made almost 1000-2000 dollars off me. I can imagine they have taken advantage of customers who aren?t as savy or know to get a 2nd opinion. Steer clear of this company. I guess the money I paid will be chalked up as a bad decision.

"Thank you for the review, and I apologize you feel taken advantage of. However, we did not lie. There was a roll out condition when when the technician performed start up. Their were indications of a compromised heat exchanger. Unsafe conditions were present. We stand behind our diagnosis. We verified registration with the manufacturer, and found it to not be registered. I'm happy to hear you were able to get your unit up and running. But that does not mean our diagnosis was Incorrect and it certainly does not mean we lied. We always strive for the best customer service, each and every call.
