"The client has 2 separate properties to be surveyed for $1,000 each. I met her on-site the day she paid the deposit as I was conducting the field work on the 2nd property. I sent her a text message responding to her text message stating that I have 1 property finished if she wanted the one while I try to finish the other as the other has some issues with the boundary lines and an undeveloped [Member Information Removed] within the city of clarksville and have been in communication with the planning department on how to proceed. However she never responded, based on the phone call with the client this morning she never got the text but I did screen shot the message and sent it to her."
