Timely, knowledgeable and efficient and a real person answers the phone. He called to confirm his arrival time as well as confirming that parts had been received. Price was clear upfront.

Great service. Tim showed up within 3 days of initial contact. He quickly determined the problems we were having with our older washer and dryer with clear and concise explanations of our issues and what he was doing to sort them out. He even gave us some useful advice to avoid problems in the future. We were very happy with the results and there were no extra charges beyond the initial service charge. We will definetly be using him in the future when needed.

Great experience. Our dryer was having issues with starting and with drying. Scheduled an estimate within two days of calling. Aidan called to me let me know he’s be early, he diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He was back when the part came in and the dryer worked for a bit and then had other issues. Aidan came back and found additional issues with the motor. He apologized and made the situation right and replaced the motor. He didn’t over charge us for the additional labor. I really feel like Genie has integrity and really cares about their customers. Twenty loads later, the dryer is better than it was before it started breaking down. Genie will be the only company I’ll call for appliance repair.

It is so hard to find a repair person for appliances, but Genie is a good one. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

I called got a same day appt, tech arrived on time, actually had a part in his truck and my fridge works. Took about an hour. Would totally hire again

We didn’t need an ice maker but repairing done on why ice maker wasn’t working. He was excellent in knowing what needed to be done.

Very good. He gave me options to fix and or upgrade parts. Very professional and worked efficiently.

Wonderful experience. He was very communicative as to what he was doing and why it was necessary. When he tried to order a part he made every effort to find a source for the part. Then when he could not find it immediately, he gave me recommendations as to places to try to get part. Thanks again for a great experience.
