About us
At George's Door Service, we offer exceptional service and sales. We take great pride in our attention to detail. George is a one man operation with decades of experience in the door business. He also has carpentry and mechanical skills in other endeavors. His experience includes but is not limited to: sales, service and repairs of residential and commercial sectional overhead doors. Though much of his work is now on residential garage doors, he is sometimes sought after by other door companies for his expertise on large or unusual door jobs. I like to think I have a 1950's work ethic: try to fix what's broken and recommend a replacement if that's the only alternative. When the phone rings, I answer it if at all possible, or return the call as soon as I get off the highway or down from a ladder! If there is a problem after the work is completed, and there seldom is, it gets immediate attention. In my van, I carry springs (torsion and extension) for the most common size garage doors, cables, hardware (hinges, rollers, etc.) and common accessories for popular brand electric door operators. The company is fully insured for all services I provide.
