The soffit's needed cleaned good because they tend to get moldy.  The price was good.  He did a good job.  We had a communication problem because he was suppose to show up and he wasn't able to.  He was very professional and apologized everywhere.

My experience was fine.  He wanted to make sure he got the job done well. He did a walk through with me after the job was done and he went over some parts I was concerned about. There were still some spots that did not look as clean but you could not tell right away because the house was still wet.  I never contacted them so I am not sure if he would have come back out or not.

due to scheduling issues on my end and communications issues on their end it took several months to finally get the work done. once the initial work was done, we had to have them come back out to re-do some areas that appeared to have been missed. <br /> we also had issues with residue on windows and deck surfaces that had to rectified.   <br /> overall good job, just a hassle to get it 100% complete from my end. they also had issues with equipment failure that prolonged the job. <br /> vendor was very professional. <br />

His machine and the weather were some issues before he was able to complete the job, which I understood. He came out and did the job well. He did this on a 2 story home. It took him about 3 hours. He was prompt and got right to work. He was also nice.

Showed up on the scheduled morning, took care of the work, my wife gave him a check and he was off.  Work performed as promised, on time and the driveway looks great.  Fantastic, efficient and quality experience. <br />

George is a great guy who did a fantastic job getting the driveway bright and clean. His professionalism could set the standard for all contractors in the service industry. He kept me posted when he had to run out and get an item to complete the job and was determined to complete the job that same day which he did around 8pm. <br />

He was very thorough and hard working. A storm started and he waited until it calmed down to finish the job. He was open to all the touch ups that he may have overlooked due to the rain. What I appreciated the most, was how professional and quick he was to contact me and set up and appointment. There was no running around and he was quick to schedule the service (next day). I will use him again! He did a great job! <br />

I called George re: a Big Deal ($79 for 1000 sq feet of concrete power-washing).  Left voice mail and he returned my call within 1 hour.  We set up a day/time for him to do the Big Deal and he arrived about 10-15 minutes late due to traffic.  He called about 10 minutes before meet time to advise me he was running late. He showed up essentially on time as far as I was concerned.  Nice guy, very professional.  Talked about Big Deal and I asked for estimates for house and deck.  We went around and looked and he gave me a price of $199 for whole house plus deck.  Very reasonable in my opinion since he essentially gave me another Big Deal.  So, for $278, I got everything that could get power-washed done.  From getting various estimates, this was more than reasonable.  He explained to me exactly what his process was, whether stuff was safe for environment and plants (it was), and how long he estimated it would take (about 3 hours).  Everything was done professionally and exactly as he stated.  When he finished, he totally cleaned up area and we went around for a final walk-thru.  I asked for a couple of areas to be touched up and he took care of it immediately, without question.  He told me that his service was fully guaranteed and if I needed anything further done once the whole house and surrounding stuff dried to just give him a call and he would come right out and do it.  George is a really nice guy and easy to deal with and very accommodating.  If he is not a Super Service winner, he should be!   <strong>I will definitely use him again and very highly recommend him</strong>. <br /> <br />

The service worked out okay. They did not come out in the first few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal because there were some weather problems. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. He was such a nice guy.

The owners was very professional. He called prior to his appointment time to tell me he was going to be late. He did an excellent job power washing the house, deck and gutter cleaning. I will use his service in the future when I need more power washing. He want above the agreed service by pulling up a board on the deck to see what was causing the deck not to be stable. It had some wood rot he could not repair but he recommended someone who could do the repair job. <br />

I couldn't be happier. I've had similar work done by others on Angie's List and this company's  final product was exponentially better.  I feel like he uses a better power washer or better cleaning solution, because I could see a real difference with the areas that he treated. My neighbors even complemented on the improvement in the exterior of my home. <br /> <br /> Additionally, he was completely professional. I didn't feel like I had to look over his shoulder like so many other contractors I've had at the house.  He  was prompt to schedule, arrived on time, appeared professional, and followed up to insure I was 100% satisfied. He gave me the impression that if I was unhappy, he would fix it. This is rare in the industry from my perspective. I couldn't have asked for more.  I would definitely have him come out again.
