He comes out every week. I pay him $50 a month.

This was the second time I've hired them. He came out months before and did the same amount of work for half the cost. They  killed a 30 year old bush while they were here when they dug out a small palm behind it and then sprayed with weed killer. They did say they would come back out if they killed anything during the job, so I plan to call them to give them that opportunity. If they stand beyond what they said, I'd consider hiring them again. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: I just called and spoke to Amando (the son) and he told me the bush died because his dad hit a root and the bush "went into shock". Therefor, it wasn't their fault and they would not replace it. The palm tree was small(about 2 feet high) and my experience with palms of this size is that their root system is non-invasive and small. The bush was a 30+ year old ligustrum which had a very large, extensive root system. It is highly doubtful that digging a small palm out -even one that is located about 2 feet away, would have caused this healthy shrub to die so abruptly(the entire bush turned brown and died within a couple of days). It is much more likely that their "industrial strength weed killer" killed the bush. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE OF FALSE CLAIMS BY THIS BUSINESS THAT THEY WILL "STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK"AND WATCH OUT FOR THEIR WEED KILLER!

He sent a crew of several guys. They did a good job and hauled everything away for a great price. They did kill a few bushes, but I was satisfied enough to hire him again.

Very poor communication or follow-up.  Did an okay job initially yet just satisfactory.  Always promised to get back to me yet never did. <br />

My yard looks like it could be in a magazine! I'm beyond thrilled with the crew from George's landscape. We've hired them to do our maintenance. My yard was overgrown, full of leaves, and in desperate need of weeding. I am so happy I found someone who exceeded all of my expectations. I feel like i can hand my yard over to someone I can trust to do a better job than I could do myself. <br />

George's landscape was prompt in getting back to me when I first called. They came out to the house that same day to do an onsite inspection and give me a quote. We scheduled to begin weekly lawn maintenance for the following week. They arrived right on time and have done superior work. They are courteous, professional, timely, and very nice all the way around! <br />

We've been really, really happy with them. He was just fabulous. He just went above and beyond. He was very respectful of our budget. He notices things that other people might not have. His price is really, really good. They are extremely hard workers. We can't say enough about them. They are totally transforming our yard. It is amazing. We just bought the house and it was kind of neglected. They were super fast and they worked super hard. They are great.

I visit my elderly mother a few times a year, and try to help her get chores taken care of while I'm visiting.  We decided that it was time to remove a tree that fallen a year ago, and also to do a general  yard clean-up.  Because I live on the East Coast, I had no leads or references for landscape companies.  Naturally, I turned to Angies List.  George was one of several companies I called, and I decided to use him because he was positive, reasonably priced, and could come out right away.  I was not disappointed.  His son and another worker arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and worked tirelessly until the job was done.  They shaped bushes, removed a eucalytus tree, removed dead dried yard waste, swept, weeded.  They were punctual, hardworking, polite, followed instructions well, made good suggestions, and turned a neglected yard into a lovely outdoor garden. <br /> I will certainly use George's Landscaping again, <br />

Property at an inland location. Mowing is kept up with but acre yard needed to be weed-whacked for fire season.  Also the cleared parts of the other 1 and 1/2 acres.  Most of the trees on the property were fine but some branches were hanging over the driveway and all shrubs and overgrowth were in serious need of attention.   We had to find a day and time that worked for me then George and his son Amando were prompt in coming for an estimate.  This was to be a one-time job. They listened to our concerns and all questions were answered.  Communication about details was terrific.  They didn't just randomly buzz and chop everything.Early on a Saturday morning they came with a couple additional crew (more family members as this is a family operation).  It was understood that working as early in the day as possible would be best for the hot weather.  What I thought would take nearly allday was completed by 11:00AM.  Wow!  They worked hard.  They were thorough.  Amazed me that they got all the clippings and trimmings (a LOT) into the bed of their truck to haul away. Completely cleaned up after their work.  Brought their own tools, weedeaters, chainsaw. They earned a generous tip.  So pleased with the whole experience and would definitely hire them again.

George and Armando came out and helped us get our overgrown yard back under control. We worked right along side them and they took our instructions seriously and acted with care on pruning and lacing, rather than whacking away at every tree, shrub or grass. We'll definitely be using them as the need arises.

He did a very nice job. He comes out and pick out weeds and do little spraying. The big job was patio work. His price is very cheap and I am sure that it would cost me more if I get some one else do it. The quality of work is probably not up to mark. He often has his own ideas and wants some things to be done in his way because he felt that it better. I am okay with him. I have also got to know him now. I would rate him high overall and would use him again in the future.
