George Strohm, Dan Grumbine, Tom Strohm were who I worked with. Bought Strohm Plumbing and electrical. Started a pool business and did terrible work on our pool replacing the liner, $7000 later. Have fought with them for 2 years to come and do the repairs. Finally their pool tech admitted he couldn't do the work needed. Dan agreed for me to find a quote from another pool company to have the work done. The company gave us a quote. A month later, we find out the company was filing bankruptcy. From what I hear, this isn't the first time strohm companies have filed like this. Stay away from companies with any of these 3 men involved.

Came out to do a yearly cleaning and checkup for "free". They broke a part on the unit disconnecting it and charged almost $500 to fix it. The part cost $50 at most. Do not recommend.

This is the first time I used George Strohm, Inc. Contacted the office - Tom returned my call within an hour, and an appt. was set up for the following week. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. The boiler got a "clean bill of health" from Pete. I'll be using George Strohm, Inc. for future heating/ac requirements.

When I initially called in, Tom returned my call within an hour, and set a date/time for Pete to come and do the work as discussed. Pete showed up on time, and was professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing, and answered any questions I had. All went well - no issue to date. I intend to use George Strohm, Inc. in the future for heating and a/c needs as well.

I have used them before and they are always prompt and get the job done quick. However, this time for a simple job that took less than an hour, they charged $431 (with tax) for a simple repair job. The parts cost around $59. I was outraged and called the company after the service guy left and explained that I was overcharged and to report this to management. On top of this, they wanted an extra 3% for using a charge card, so I ended up paying cash. The rate charged was simply outrageous and I've not heard back from anyone there to explain why this service demanded that kind of price or if they are willing to adjust.

For your leak you had 2 issues that needed to be fixed to correct the leaking. Our techs are in the practice of showing our customers the prices in the book before doing any work to get approval. All of our techs attend weekly training so they can always serve you with quality work the first time along with staying on top of industry standards and trends. We do offer a club membership which will give you discounted pricing on all work performed as well as prevented maintenance. We value all feedback and will take your concerns to heart."

It was the condenser & they replaced it & cleaned the lines & were finished by 12:30. The price was really reasonable, because I was expecting it to cost much more. The worker were very efficient & kind.

The service person did very well, was on time and got the job done. I am pleased with their service. I was pleased by his concern for doing the job well and correctly. The price was not cheap but you get what you pay for. I would definitely hire them again but I would ask in advance regarding prices so I was not surprised. That part was my fault...
