We were impressed with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable service at the Tallahassee location. Had an installer on one property who installed a house full of carpet. Did an excellent job. I had had new flooring installed by someone else that was not done properly and had to be removed and replaced. I was working on a tight schedule and had to find flooring that was in stock and could be installed quickly. David listened patiently and intently. He understood my problem and helped me find something in stock that worked well and recommended an excellent installer. I have purchased flooring from David in the past. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I am confident I will buy from him again.

We used Georgia Floors Direct's recommended carpet installer, Jr. McDuffie. All transactions with both the store and installer went flawlessly. David, at the store, was extremely helpful making everything easy and Jr. is a highly experienced, professional carpet layer. We have had carpet laid multiple times in our lives and this experience was certainly one of the most pleasant. We highly recommend Georgia Floors Direct. Kudos to both store & installer - great work!

was not told that if liquid spilled on floor the floor would warp. and it did.

Is this the sale you are referencing ? We do not have any record of having heard from you requesting attention since that time. It is true laminate wood floors are not waterproof. We are very sorry you were not told to never allow moisture to sit on floor surface or settle underneath. In recent years new waterproof floors have been invented. We stock waterproof Luxury Vinyl plank and tile, waterproof core laminate wood planking, and more. We are happy to provide you a very deep discount if you'd like to replace what you have. We are dissapointed to know we have a dissatisfied customer, and we are prepared to help. May we have the store manager give you a call ?"

The work provided by the various installers was excellent, the purchase price for the tile and carpet was very reasonable, the sales representatives at Georgia Floors Direct were all extremely professional and helpful, and the installation was done in record time. The price for the below-noted service is for the last job performed, which entailed the tile purchase and installation for 2 bathrooms, the laundry room, and the hall foyer.

<p>I think they have done an A job. I didn't have any problems with them. The price had to be good or I wouldn't have gone with them. I normally get quotes. I don't normally have any problems with them at all. I plan to use them again. </p>

I love the floors the problem with them is they did not explain the fact that water can't puddle on the floor otherwise it will warp and crack and that was something that they did not explain at all.
