I hired De Leon's on October 28, 2020 to clean my gutters which did not go so good as stated in my review I have submitted. Geo's Window Cleaning I made an appointment prior to De Leon's which I forgot so Geo's ended up showing up because I forgot to cancel. I cleaned half my gutters by this time so really only needed one side to do left. Our fixed price was to be $150.00. When he arrived I told him this and asked if the price would be lower due to all the leaves were blown off the roof and awning already and I had cleaned completely one side leaving only 60 feet of gutter remaining to clean. I feel there was a problem of him understanding English some due to he understood one side was completely done already but didn't do any of the work requested on the other side. I informed him that the roof has been already blown clean and half the gutters cleaned but the remaining side gutters are packed with debris and will have to be removed/cleaned completely for me to authorize the payment of $150.00 to do so, He agreed. He ended up blowing the roof and awnings again anyway, but I did come out to remind him that was already done and to make sure to get all the debris out of the gutter. He agreed again. Another 30 minutes past and he came to me to state he was done cleaning the gutter. I asked again about getting all the debris out of the gutters and he said yes. I then told him if i was to get on a ladder to check that I would find nothing in the gutters. He stated yes again. I had surgery on my hand and is the only reason I hired someone to clean my gutters this year due to I usually clean them myself. When he told me, "yes, all clean - no debris", I paid him $150.00. I took him on his word and did not climb up on a ladder at that time. I wish I did. When I did climb on a ladder a few days after, I found the gutters still full of debris and when it rained, the water did not just come down through the spouts, but along the whole roof. Now not only do I still have debris in my gutter but now it's impacted due to the rain. So now I have paid out $200.00 for these two companies to blow all the leaves off the roof and awning which is the one thing I could of done myself even with my hand having surgery. I was hoping this service would be worth repeating every year to save me the time and trouble. I am so disappointed!

Excellent service. overall rating is a B because source of payment was not clear prior to service. I had to Sign up and create an account on a payment app, which is not my Preference, due to Geo did not accept credit cards.

Gabriel came on Saturday afternoon, arrived just early enough to prepare, started and finished the job on time (even with a couple extra screens thrown into the mix), and the work was excellent (looks like someone stole the glass out of my windows). The price was less than expected. Definitely recommend Geo's highly!

I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Geo's Window Cleaning. He was here as promised and on time. It's a three story home so the job is not an easy one. I have never seen my windows shine as they do now.
