Not only have I used Geren Roofing for my roofing needs on some of my personal/investment homes but I consistently refer my real estate clients to them as well. When people ask me, "who would you use" I tell them that Mike at Geren Roofiing is my Go-To Guy. I know that Mike is going to shoot me a competitive bid that's based on good, honest work with good materials. He's always been upfront and honest if the roof could use repairs instead of replacement, which I appreciate greatly. Mike runs a great crew, the clean up is impeccable and work is done in a timely fashion. I'll continue using Geren Roofing for as long as Mike is still throwing shingles down!

<p>As someone who restores old houses, I am very picky about workmanship. But I have absolutely no complaints about the work that Geren did and I couldn't have done it better myself. I was onsite when the work was being done and it was obvious that they cared about taking the time and doing it right. The job was painstaking, as each row of siding was an individual piece that had to be cut to match the gable angle. When all was done, they spent time making sure everything was caulked and weather tight. The end result is absolutely beautiful.</p>

Mike and his team were excellent to work with. Mike came out immediately after we reached out and diagnosed the problem. Within a few days Mike followed up with us and he and his team started the job just a few days later. They finished the job when they said they'd finish, were on budget, considerate of my wife and I coming and going throughout the day, and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. They were total professionals all the way around. <br />

Mike did a great job, as always, even though we are tough customers. My wife wanted PVC trim under the new gutters so we never have to deal with rot again. It's floppy stuff especially when you are up 2 stories. But Mike's crew got it up there quickly and mitered and caulked the joints to prevent water from getting in. The new seamless guttering they put up looks great, including the 5 new 3x4 downspouts. I definitely recommend Mike and his crew if you're looking for seamless guttering. <br />

<p>We had Mike out in early 2014 to give us a quote for a roof replacement on a house we were looking to purchase. We were all set to hire Mike but the purchase fell through. However, I was so impressed by Mike that I called him again in December for another estimate on replacing a roof on a new rental house that we just acquired. He is always extremely punctual, polite and willing to answer all questions that we had. The house had 2 layers of shingles, a front porch and 3 brick chimneys that needed to be taken down below the roof line and new plywood added before the new shingles went on. The roofing crew did a great job with just a few small things that needed to be corrected (e.g., a piece of metal drip edge that was slightly short). Mike had them corrected promptly. </p> <br />

"The roof was left unfinished for a day was not left like that, roof was installed correctly and no leaks still to this day ! I planned to make things right before anything was requested from the customer so the insisting statement is untrue but they were steaming about the driveway break so I couldn't save the relationship at that point and was unreasonable for the duration on working together . final payment was received at the bank as I signed lein waivers and was told boldly I'm gonna tell angies list but ultimately I took responsibility for the driveway break but I made no big deal of it ,I paid to replace the slab, on the other hand and knowing what I know now , your driveway installer did a poor job and should of been held responsible . earth or dirt is supposed to be under your drive way not a hollow space where you could clearly see the bottom of the concrete the dump driver cracked the edge that was exposed pulling the trailer in , it was empty at the time of the break . , and driveway was installed poorly never the less I footed the bill to move on and attempt to be a good contractor in goof faith ,guess no good deed goes unpunished as they say , thanks for your review"
