German Roofing is a wonderful company. I was so scared to have someone come out to inspect our roof (you hear so many horror stories.) They were recommended to me via a friend. Manuel performed the inspection and showed us (via photos) all of the areas that had issues. He completed the estimate within a couple of days. The crew showed up when they said they would. They worked their butts off and completed the job within the time frame that was quoted to us. They cleaned up every day at the end of their work day and did an awesome job on the roof. The final payment was a bit more than the original quote, but was not a surprise due to the effective communication of the company. There are some items that cannot be finalized until all of the underlayment had been pulled off. The quote mentioned this and gave a firm price on how much more it might be and how this would be calculated. The roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with the results.

This was the best home maintenance experience I've ever had. The first visit for the quote was straight forward and I was never subjected to upselling. Roofs are basic. The labor is the same regardless of the choice of underlayment. Choose your underlayment and get a price. Next, the crew was outstanding. High attention to detail. The yard was cleaned to perfection we very day. Finally, something I didn't expect, that was a phone call after to encourage me to set an annual appointment in my calendar to request a yearly inspection during the warranty period. I have already recommended this company to friends and neighbors

German Roofing completed a full roof replacement for us in Jan. 2026, and replaced a skylight. They also repaired some water damage from a roof leak. They surpassed our expectations and we are very pleased. Communication was clear, the crew was punctual, and they cleaned up the site each day. The estimate was one of the lower ones we received and we are happy we chose to work with German Roofing.

Work began on day scheduled. After first day it rained hard for 3 days but no water penetration. Work continued until completed. Crew worked non-stop and did a good job.

We just had the roof redone on our 2012 park model by German Roofing. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Appointment times were made and kept throughout the process. They used 30# felt, 30 year shingles, replaced all the vent caps and replaced sheets of wood in 3 places. They shared pictures before, during and upon completion of the roof. Area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between the office and me was excellent. We had a final inspection, with answers to all my questions, about a week after the job was completed and final payment was made then. Highly recommend this company.

Great company! We had German Roofing replaced our roof underlayment in Jan 2025 and they exceeded our expectation. Manuel patiently answered questions and did not try to oversell (as some others did). I was treated fairly by German Roofing and they were flexible in doing the work while I was away from home. Over the years, we have used German Roofing a number of times on properties we own. We recently had them “renew” the roof on our house in Scottsdale. As always, they did an excellent job, on time, and at a very reasonable price. But the real reason German Roofing was the only company we considered is that in a world of short-cuts and broken promises, I have learned the company’s owner is good for his word and stands behind his work. His guarantee is just that. His word is his bond. In my world, there’s no other company to call.

I’ve had German Roofing care for roofs on 2 of the homes I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. The first was a tile roof and the current is a flat roof. The current flat roof needed cleaning and recoating, which was done early May, 2024. They were great about honoring a work proposal they did 10 months earlier and kept to that price, despite prices going up like they have for so many things. We scheduled the work, I gave them the required 50% downpayment, and they reminded me by both phone and email before the day the work was to be done. Two workmen showed up on time and cleaned, patched and recoated the roof of my 1900sf house. They were courteous and respectful and focused on their work. The owner, Manuel, who is a super pleasant and nice guy, came by in the afternoon to check on their progress and let me know they would need to come back the following day to finish things up and that after letting the coating completely dry for several days, he would come back to inspect the work that had been done. The workmen finished the following day and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Manuel did return as promised 4 days later, got up on the roof, and emailed me photos of the completed work. Yet again, my experience with German Roofing was very positive.

Great service and communication at every turn. Needed a roof on the rental and tenant works from home. They were flexible, scheduling for Friday, to be done over the weekend. Got a call advising that they were a little behind and wouldn't be starting till Saturday. By Sunday they were done! It looks great! Highly recommend...
