Big leak around the chimney. Will not honor his guarantee to make necessary repairs to stop the leaks and replace damaged boards. Did not re-seal chimney cracks. Shingled over a hole in a roof board left from a vent they removed. Will not show up or call when he says he will. Now wants to charge more money to seal chimney that he didn't seal as stated in the contract.

I gave Gerry an A earlier, but a small problem came up with the roof and I could never get him to come back out and have a look at it. He promised on several occasions to come out and never did. I got tired of calling him. I wouldn't put much trust in any warranty he offers. I finally had to have someone else come out and fix the problem.

It has been a year since the work was performed. I was concerned at first at how fast the new roof was installed but so far, no leaks and roof looks good. Gerry McGrath was excellent.

Gerry did take a bit to get back to me, I think it was because he was out of town, and then it was really rainy so he couldn't come then, but once the weather cleared up, he came right out, figured out the problem and fixed it, charging me only the coupon price and for a $20 part that he needed to do the job. Next time I need something done with my roof, I'll be calling Gerry again!

It went well. We learned that it's best to contact him via text message...other methods are less reliable. We had some issues with cleanup after the job was completed, but those were handled to our satisfaction.

Excellent; he thoroughly checked the roof (and said it was in excellent shape), caulked around the chimney flashing and nails on the ridge line. He was professional, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. He also did not try to sell me additional services or invent things that supposedly needed to be fixed. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

Had to call Gerry to schedule (bought deal online), but after setup time he was quick to call and confirm, showed up on time (early actually but called ahead). Quickly identified the issues and resolved them and provided good recommendations for keeping the things cleaned up. Gerry did a good job and was able to talk me through my concerns and address them quickly.
