Owner/CEO Jaime Soriano , has been in this industry for about 7 years and his philosophy for customer satisfaction and critical thinking is what makes Get Lit Outdoor Lighting the #1 choice for landscape and home lighting . Our VP of Marketing & Sales Oscar Soriano, is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps , with his former coordinating and planning skills is what makes the attention to detail crucial to getting our services done the right way and on time focusing on the customers satisfaction and desires for their homes and businesses.

Light Fixture Installation
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Get Lit Outdoor Lighting. One of the main reasons I chose this company was their advertised 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, when I actually needed warranty service, the support completely disappeared. Just three weeks after installation, the lighting system stopped working. It appeared to be an electrical short, as the safety switch would immediately trip and shut everything off. After multiple calls and messages, it took three weeks for someone to come out and fix the issue. Now, the exact same problem has happened again, and I am once again unable to get any response from the company. I have called and left several messages, but no one has returned my calls. What is most frustrating is the drastic change in communication. During the sales process, Jaime was extremely responsive, typically replying within a couple of hours. Once the installation was completed and payment was made, that level of customer service completely vanish

The service was excellent. I love the product and it was done in a efficient time. The crew were very courteous and took pride in their work. They were so nice and answered all questions making me feel at ease. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and made me feel confident that I would be pleased.

Perfect! Jaime did our front yard lighting last fall and we hired him again for another project after we added landscaping to the backyard. He listened to what we wanted, made recommendations and did adjustments to fit our preferences. On both occasions Jaime was responsive to maintenance calls for minor needs like bulb replacement. We love spending time in the yard especially now that the weather is turning nice. Great job Get Lit Outdoor Lighting!
