10/10 cleaning!! Very professional cleaners who were on time and listened to my specific wants and needs! Left my house spotless and even made sure to be done by a specific time so I would not be late for my outside obligation! Would definitely recommend!

I was going through chemotherapy treatments and did not have the strength to clean my house, but I was thankful for "Maid This Cleaning of Columbia" who match me with a great cleaner. The cleaning person I had was Tyrone. He was on time, polite, professional, and wore a face mask the entire time. After showing him the areas of my house that needed cleaning, I got out of his way and let him do his thing. Came back to a clean (no harsh chemicals used) house. I'm a satisfied customer and I will use them again.

We were supposed to have our first cleaning today. The cleaners showed up over an hour after the start time of our appointment (and even factoring in that they had an hour window to arrive - which is ridiculous - they were still late). The women weren't able to communicate with me. I tried calling their manager, he hung up on me twice and the third time didn't even pick up. The cleansers apparently called him and just went back to their car without telling me anything. Can't speak to their cleaning abilities, but a total lack of communication, punctuality, and professionalism.
