1st visit ok . 2nd visit . Disaster. They forgot to call about 2nd appointment. Then finally came to do the maintenance. After being warned that they were turning a pipe to taught. The pipe broke. They blamed it on a cheap system. They fixed it but. Not recommended.

Did not go very well the first time. They did come again to fix it and it was fixed

very professional, came when expected. Did a thorough job. After they left some of the vent covers were not secured to the ceiling. They came back and corrected it. I would rehire.

Subpar product and tech did a terrible job with the install steps were skipped or done incorrectly the unit has nothing but problems compressor went within 6 months and we had to pay for the labor owner avoids my calls and will opt resolve my concerns or replace the defective unit I have filed a complaint with the BBB Stay away from this company

Company should find another line of work. After giving them a $1,000 deposit (on a $2,000 job) they simply never showed up for the appointment. I took the day off and waited most of the day. We were suppose to be their first call of the day. By noon, I called the salesman, Danny, who was surprised to hear no one showed up but after he looked into the matter, could not give me a good reason why no one arrived. It took repeated phone calls to Danny but he was able to arrange for the return of my deposit after a couple of weeks. Danny is a standup guy but the company behind him is one of the worst South Florida companies around. No one ever reached out to me to apologies, try to salvage the order, make amends, nothing! Never ever do business with them.

Starting with scheduling and service was extremely professional. I will continue to use this company, not only for the professionalism but also for the price. I recommend anyone looking for great service, to contact this company before trying someone else. They ROCK!

I first hired this company to clean out our duct work as part of an angielist offer. The first visit was not the greatest. They ran late, came out to look at the system and then came back later to do the work that they "upsold" me on from the offer. They were late the second visit as well, but the guy that came was very personable, respectful and nice so when our A/C unit started to leak and we called them back out. The were significantly (we are talking 4+ hours) late 6 times. When they did show up, the employees were not prepared. They would show up without the tools they needed and had to call for backup leaving them at our house for hours. I had to manage the entire process to make sure that someone showed up. At one point I spoke with the manager and he sent out the "lead guy" who, when he showed up looking annoyed to be there, told me that I must be "someone very important." I was told that they would clean out and replace the main intake because it had mold....the only thing the guy did was install new insulation over the old moldy installation.

They were prompt and professional, and the new blower motor is working well. When we noticed that the blower motor wouldn't turn off, they examined the unit and recommended a replacing the motor. Communication was excellent - I received a text message and phone call a half hour before the service technician arrived, which gave me time to prepare. The service technician also gave me maintenance tips for keeping the A/C unit in good working order.

Disaster in my bedroom and expense to hire an attorney to sue the company. Total cost TBD but approx $5K plus.

I am so glad I went with Get Mo Cool. From the initial walk-through... to final execution of installation, they were really very professional and efficient. Both techs were clearly concerned with making sure that the install was done perfectly. Really a great experience. Wish I would have done it sooner!

Very well, tech was on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and made a complete check of a/c unit and explained the condition and how well it preformed. Also what will have to be done in the near future and cost of making these repairs

While I believe that this type of incentive can bias someone to a more favorable review, I will remain objective sharing both positives and concerns. Finally, I think it is showing a business savvy to encourage reviews. Kudos. Positives - (1) excellent response and ease of scheduling; (2) while the technician did not arrive nor call during the two hour schedule block, he did call 15 minutes later to say he was running late and I received another call when technician was in route; (3) tech explained how facets of a/c units work; (4) tech was personable and easy to talk to; (5) tech explained a concern with a part without high pressure to replace the part immediately; (6) he quickly address a concern I expressed by putting in a new screw to reduce rattling in the unit; (7) the tune-up price as excellent Concerns - (1) tech wasn't going to wash electronic air cleaner because "it doesn't need to be cleaned" which is shockingly incorrect and I stated that it wasn't true - I was surprised that a tech with such experience would state that; thus if I hadn't pressed it would not have been done; (2) after cleaning electronic air cleaner and moving on to another part of the tune-up, I noted that he only cleaning one of the two electronic filters and advised him of that. He quickly addressed it but still...; (3) I have a bias against a technician not using a checklist to ensure all 21 points are done; for example, I did not see him lubricate bearings which is part of the checklist (maybe I missed that); (4) tech explained why he doesn't put the gauge on the system if the system appears to be working well based on temperature and pressure readings because "it causes freon to escape and the openings are where leaks easily form". I do not know enough as to whether this is true. I do know that every tech I have ever had did tune-ups that included putting gauges on the system. (5) I pointed out that a previous tech had mentioned a problem with the blades and this tech said after a brief look that there is nothing wrong (now I don't know who to believe); (6) I have had other tune-ups done by other companies and this tune-up felt like it was the least thorough. I personally liked the tech. I pointed out 7 positives and 6 concerns (of which they might all not be valid). I am, therefore, objectively giving a B grade. In the end, let's face it, the tune-up was $29 instead of $59 or $79 or even $129 so price has to be part of the evaluation!
