Were prompt did jib in a timly manner and cleaned up work areas

This was a nerve-racking project. Four large, very tall trees (3 were dead) positioned very close to the house needed removal. Several contractors declined saying the tree proximity was too close, too dangerous. Another gave an outrageous quote. Get'R Done Tree Service provided an itemized quote (broken up into several service options) and a certificate of insurance. They were quick, professional, and did a thorough job - even cleaned up a mess left by a previous company. The owner is a man of his word and did not go over the quote estimate. Would definitely hire again.

This company came to cut down a tree in our neighbors yard. I told them its fine if they drop the tree in our yard a little, because it was close to the property line. Next thing I know theyre driving theyre pick up truck clear across our yard, and directly over our septic. So I went out and told them not to drive thier truck though our yard. They assured me theyd fix the huge rutts they made. So then 2 days later they came back. Drove thier truck through our yard and over our septic again. So I went out to tell them to get thier truck out of our yard, again! The said our neighbor gave them permisision. But they never came and asked me or my husband to get permision from us, the people who own the property. Regardless of what our neighbor said, they never even tried to get permission from us. Then to top it all off...they never fixed the rutts the put in our yard with thier truck, or from where they dropped the tree in our yard. In the photos I am posting you can see where they fixed the neighbors yard, but not ours. They completely destroyed our yard! This company was a complete **** show! We love in the woods, we have had dozwns of trews down, never has anyone had to dove a truck in the yard. Every other company has used man power. This get r done company was a complete joke!

I was very pleased with the work that was performed. These trees were in our back wooded yard. The work was completed on time and they did a great job of removing what was taken down.

They had alot of obstacles to overcome but they did it in a professional manner. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They came out the same day, took out the tree, ground the stump and chased the roots and cleaned everything up. They did a great job.

Very well, everything performed in 1 day, yard was clean with no debris. Price was exceptionally lower than other local tree removal services. Steve was very nice and easy to talk too and did a very professional job!

Crew was vet professional and completed the job in a satisfactory manner. The completed the cuttin, cleanup and removal. Everyone I encountered was polite and focused on completing the job to my satisfaction.

Steve showed up at my residence when he said he would, checked the trees I needed removed and gave me an estimate right then. Because he was caught up on jobs, he was able to do the work the very next day. Steve and his crew showed up on time and cautiously put down all of the trees we needed downed. We planned to do the clean-up ourselves and asked that they leave the stumps raised for mowing purposes. They promptly cleaned up any debris from the trees that fell into or covered the roads. The tree climber that took down the tree close to the house was phenomenal. The tree had storm damage and was leaning. The tree climber was able to cut each limb in a way that they fell straight down avoiding the house and surrounding outdoor items. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area that needs tree service. While we did not chose these services, they have equipment to clean up, haul away, and grind stumps if needed. Steve and his crew were very nice to work with.

These guys are awesome! Very reasonable prices and excellent service. They were professional, polite and cleaned up beautifully! They even carted what firewood we wanted to keep from the trees they cut down to the back of our yard. I recommend them and will be happy to use them again.

They are very good. They were priced very reasonably. The work was done very promptly, very courteous, overall very very satisfied with the experience. I would absolutely use them in the future.

EXCELLENT. COST WAS REASONABLE. STEVE EXPLAINED EACH STEP AND CHECKED WITH US OFTEN TO BE SURE HE WAS DOING THE JOB WE EXPECTED. HIS CREW WAS POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OF BOTH OUR NEIGHBORS AND US. THE CLEANUP WAS A+. THEY CLEANED EVERY AREA WHERE THEY WORKED AND INVITED US TO INSPECT FOR APPROVAL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO SEVERAL NEIGHBORS . I watched this crew take down a large tree and remove the stump plus removed the debris from my neighbor's property? I liked the way they were busy all of the time and how safely they worked around his house and fences. My neighbor was very satisfied so I contacted Get R Done. <br /> <br />The crew answered my questions. The whole experience was handled in a very professional manner and very timely. They safely removed limbs that could have fallen and damaged my house and fences. . <br />

They cut of branches and cut up for firewood. Cleaned up debris. Steve is a very nice christian man. I will use him again!

Overall, it went very well. We actually hired this company before we checked them out on Angie's List ( I know, BIG mistake), so I was really apprehensive when I saw previous ratings. I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy with the results. <br /> The team worked extremely hard and stayed on the job until the work was done. This particular tree removal was (to my mind) somewhat complicated - a very large tree, very close to our house and power lines in the way. To add to this, it was cold and snowy - not ideal circumstances, certainly! <br /> The contractor provided us a written estimate in advance, plus provided proof of insurance prior to beginning work. Unlike a prior rater's experience, the job came in at the estimated amount and no additional costs were incurred. <br /> Bottom Line: work was done to our satisfaction. <br /> <br /> <br />
