Water proofing very good results. BUT Caution regarding floor repair from ANY contractor. Make sure you discuss what the floor repair will look like. Mine is not level, and Much rougher Than original floor. Another contractor said it was better than He typically sees. This was done several years ago. Sorry about the late review.

Although it was not an emergency, they responded quickly and promptly. Very thorough in explaining what the problem was. Arrived promptly and finished the project when they said they would. Very friendly and professional.

All of the windows were replaced on the first day. On the second day the window wells were replaced and the walls and floor were patched. Another excellent job by Randy's team. I'll continue hiring G Gardner for all my concrete needs!

Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!

Randy and his crew was very punctual.  They always showed up on time from the initial bid to the scheduled work days.  He was very informative and helped me understand what they will be doing before the work started.   <br /> I think the cost was reasonable considering all of the work that had to be done.   <br /> Overall it went very well.  I think the work is quite good.  If I had any disappointments it was the finish work on the concrete floor.   <br /> They left the floor with a sandpaper like finish which was fine since I was going to epoxy it afterwards anyway, and this would help bond the epoxy.  My only complaint would be the excessive trowel marks and lines on the floor.  With the epoxy now on the floor it is even more evident and noticeable.  I was hoping for a nice smooth finish once I applied the epoxy. <br />

Randy and his small army of tradesman removed only the amount of basement floor needed to correct a drain tile issue that was created by the home builder 15 years ago. After the work was done. Everything was cleaned up, and the job came in as quoted. Randy is a great partner when you need your basement water issue corrected.

They showed up on time every day.  Take great care of our belongings in the house to not break them or get them dirty.  Very professional and polite. They even finished early.  The quality of their work was excellent and they even brought us down to inspect it at a few points through out the process.  I would gladly use any of their services in a heart beat. <br />

Really great service. Randy was able to schedule me within a week and his team showed up promptly when he said they would at 7:30am. They completed all work in one day, and the finished product looks fantastic. Although we're selling our home I'm confident this work will make any future homeowner pleased. I received an initial quote on 10/2/2013 which included lathing under the basement windows, tuckpointing misc areas in basement, removing loose mortar and patching it all up.  The entire job was estimated to take a day and a half.  The quote of $2880.00 seemed fair at the time and work began on 11/26/2013.  Randy and his team were very friendly and proceeded to finish the job quite quickly.  They were in and out in about 7 hours instead of the initial estimated time of a day and a half.  The quality of work was very good.  They missed a couple of small areas but there was a lot of space to cover and I can handle those minor spots.  They cleaned up after themselves very well (in the basement).  That being said, I do have two gripes... <br /> First, this sort of work is very very dusty.  My basement lacks a door to the first floor so the dust invaded the entire house and I'm still cleaning it up two months after the work was completed.  It would have been nice if they had put plastic up at the entrance to the basement and ran some industrial air filtration devices to remove some of the dust from the air. <br /> Second, I got the sense that my job was much smaller than both G Gardner and I initially thought.  They completed it a day earlier than planned but still charged me the original agreed upon price.  I realize that I signed a contract which binds me to pay what I agreed to regardless of how much time it takes but if it really was less work than originally anticipated I would have expected some sort of discount to encourage repeat business.  I'm not saying that there was anything underhanded or dishonest going on.  I just suspect that the job came in a bit under cost and none of that was passed onto me.  I would still consider hiring G Gardner in the future based upon the quality of their work. <br />

<p>Randy and his crew did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up after the work was completed and were very careful not to damage any thing even though they had to jack hammer the floor and carry gravel, sand and cement in to the lower level to complete the work.  Randy was quick to provide an estimate and completed the work earlier than expected. He is very knowledgeable and  guarantees his work. He and his crew explained everything they were doing as the work was being done. I am very pleased with what they did and would definitely use this contractor again.</p> <br />

I could have saved a few hundred bucks by going with another company, but Randy could do it sooner and I trusted that he would do a good job. I would have Randy and his crew out if I need similar work in the future. Communication was good, the team was right on time, and they did a good job of cleaning up. G Gardner does what they say they will do.

We are disappointed and disgusted with this company. we asked for an accounting of how this job was an $800 job and they replied that the worker got $300 in labor, that the materials totaled 175 and 125 for office filing. 75 for gasoline... etc. <br /> I would never use this company again. They were nasty and defensive when i called asking about refiguring the price. They say, well the job was done, right? yes, but the cost was based on 5 men for two hours, not one guy in an hour and a half. <br /> I don't trust this company. If you use them, ask them specifically what goes into the work and what they'll charge. <br /> <br />

Removed the concrete over a section of interior foundation, repaired drain system, and replaced concrete.  They were fast, and the work area was completely clean when they were finished. <br />
