Their technician was professional, yet friendly and on-time for the scheduled appointment. They did repair my dryer but scratched my wood floor and damaged the buttons (aethestically) in the process. They were punctual and nice but I was left feeling frustrated that by repairing my dryer I now have visual damage to both the appliance and my floor.

Whole experience was excellent ! Called, set up a time… very nice, polite repairman showed up, fixed my ice maker (had the parts on him)… repairs were less than what we expected they might be, everything was cleaned up and he was gone within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for more !
