Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business. <br /> I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared. <br /> This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory. <br /> Note: I typed a more detailed review but this site caused text to disappear for no obvious reason. <br />

Will and Rob did an excellent job installing our new toilet. They were very professional, arrived and completed the job promptly. Both gentlemen were very neat while working on a messy job. <br />

Took about 2 hours. Worked properly after replacement. Involved several connections (gas and electrical). A special replacement device was needed due to the age (27 years) of the furnace. A video camera was used to show signs of corrosion developing on the heat exchanger. It was not judged to be an immediate issue. An estimate was provided for a future replacement of the furnace and A/C. <br />

Jim was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. Originally they were coming in just to do the sewage trap and I pointed out my main water line coming into my house so they were flexible enough to do both of those projects. In a short period of time. Would suggest them to anyone who needed plumbing work!

It works great.  Installation was done in 1 day, as promised.  Totally <br /> cleaned up after themselves.  Basement was cleaner than it's been for <br /> years.  Outside area where AC unit was installed was completely tidied <br /> up.  No nails for my dogs to step on (or chew).  They were great.  Came <br /> out in Spring to calibrate theAC unit.  Also replaced the entire filter <br /> on the furnace--it didn't hold up as it should have.  I'm completely <br /> happy with them <br />

Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components. <br />They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me. <br />I will definitely hire Giant again and again! <br />

We lost our air conditioning the Friday before Mother's Day this year and I was scrambling in the heat to find somebody to cine and look at it. When nobody else would answer or would come out on Saturday, these guys did. Doug was great and he sent over Will and Rob for Saturday afternoon. Will and Rob are two of the best craftsmen that I have ever dealt with. They spent four hours Saturday going over my system and my setup and we talked budget, recommendations, the fixes, and schedule. By the end of Saturday, I knew that I was in good, competent hands. We agreed that the AC needed to be replaced, which was an 8 year old Trane (garbage). The furnace would be failing in the near future so we would replace that as well. They were going to completely rework my return ducting, which was shoddily installed by the original guy. They would replace my existing hot water tank with a tankless unit. They would install an automation system and replace a broken frost free hose bib. A lot of work. They were prompt and started work on Monday, worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday and came back on Thursday. They took their time, took care of my home and their work area, and most importantly, they took pride in their work. What they took out of my home was garbage and it was poorly and hastily installed. What they put in its place is great quality equipment and it was meticulously installed by two guys who take great pride in their work. While I am frustrated and unhappy that this situation occurred, I am glad that I hag the chance to work with these guys and this company. I will most certainly use these guys many more times.

From scheduling to completion of service, Giant Plumbing was completely professional.  The technicians were very knowledgable, respectful of my home and friendly.  They thoroughly checked the drain I was having issues with, and  made sure that the washer worked correctly before they left. <br />

Doug promptly returned my call. Will and Rob were at my house the same day. They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and clean. They went above and beyond to clean and service my furnace and a/c unit. No need to call anyone else, these guys are the best. Great job fellas.

Initial visit to my home by Doug Wiant (owner) who <strong>(a)</strong> inspected <strong>(b)</strong> made recommendations <strong>(c)</strong> scheduled work to be done today, June 23.  Service work performed by "Brian" who arrived as per schedule, clearly explained work needed to be done, performed excellent work.  I am <strong>very</strong> happy I used GIANT and would highly recommend this company to anyone.  Pricing for service was reasonable.  If and when I need plumbing work done in the future I will certainly call GIANT. <br />

I would use this company again without question.  My A/C starting blowing out hot air and I made a call to Giant and left a message for the owner.  He called me back within 30 minutes.  He had technicians at my house that day despite the fact that they had a high number of calls to make that day.  Will and Rob were extremely knowledgeable about the system and had both parts that I needed on their truck.  They took the time to explain the issue and what was required.  When it was all said and done my unit was repaired the same day it broke.  I am overall very satisfied with the entire experience. <br />
