Giants Movers 365

One of the worst moving companies I have ever experienced. The driver failed to pay attention to the address, causing an additional 25-minute delay getting to my residence. Once they arrived, the loading process was extremely slow. When they got to my new home, one of the employees handling the paperwork immediately asked me about a tip. I explained that the amount of the tip would depend on the quality of the service provided. The company charged me for six hours of work even though the move only took approximately five and a half hours. Additionally, when I requested that certain items be disassembled, they failed to complete the work as directed. Due to the poor work ethic, unprofessional attitude, and unsatisfactory service of the lead mover, I chose not to leave a tip. In retaliation, the employee handling the paperwork left trash directly in front of my door and later sent me text messages stating that I was ?not a good person? and that ?karma? would get me for not leaving a ti
