He called to let me know he was running late due to road conditions. He did a wonderful job, very polite, knew what he was doing, and charged me a reasonable price. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

Called due to a recurring issue with our sink we've been dealing with for over a year, with another plumbing service wanting to charge over $1k just to use a camera. Preston came in on a Sunday, at around 6pm, during the Winter storm, and figured out what the problem was in about 15 minutes. He then offered to get it fixed same day, and in less than 2 hours the sink was better than new. The price was way lower than expected, too, about a quarter of what the original company wanted just for looking around. Extremely nice guy on top of it all. Would use again, no questions asked.
