CROOKS! So I called this company to get a quote. You have to provide certain info to get one: address, etc. I told them I wanted to call around first, so NO THANKS. So I called another company and decided to go with them. They said they would be there in about 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later the locksmith showed up. BTW remember they say they will beat any price. He said it would be $135 which was not what was quoted but what could I do. He was there. So he spend all of 2 minutes drilling out a bathroom door lock. He said he preferred cash, so I got $135 in cash. No he said it is $150 - that includes the $15 service charge. I told him I would have to write a check then because I did not have $150 in cash. So he said he would take $135. He left. Then the door bell rings and the locksmith is there. What? Well here is what happened. The first locksmith (that I did not hire) came anyway. No wonder he was in such a hurry. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. Not just because of the price but because I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO CALL ELSEWHERE AND THEY CAME ANYWAY!

It went horribly.  The technician who showed up did not appear professional.  He told me that the work would be difficult and he couldn’t do what I needed.  They also charged an additional $25 for a travel fee.  I would not use or recommend them.

They were timely and got it done pretty quick and I am happy with it.

They were very good at contacting us and setting up an appt. even though I was tough to reach!  They were on time and fixed the local very quickly.  Locksmith was professional and courteous. <br />

I purchased a new tool box at a local big box hardware store, they lost the key and I got the box for a discount but it would need to be opened my a professional, I thought to myself, I know someone, Angie!!!  Played an awkward game of phone tag with the vender, he didn't really understand what the work was to be done via, my internet post, phone conversation, and then text messages with photos as well...  The job took him 3 hours to complete, he was on the phone for over half the time.  He left all his clean up with metal shaving all over my floor and tool box, and here is my major complaint.  He drilled out and replaced a new lock on a new tool box, with a similar style lock, and now... I can't open my drawers with out shimmying the lock and pulling on the drawers at the same time.  He did not re-align the box completely.  He was very frustrated with the whole process, almost as if it was his first time alone in the field.  I would never hire him again! <br />

Things went fine. He came right out. He charged me for extra for an additional key for each lock.

It was nice. The service was done very well and very professionally. The locks look great. They didn't come out right away because Something happened in my family and I wasn't able to let them come right away but they in-boxed me the very next day after I bought the deal to ask if they could come out. But I had to delay them. But they were right on top of it. I had an extra lock put on so I ended up paying about $142. The person who answered the phone when I called to schedule for them to come was very polite, mannerable and professional. That means a lot to me when I can hear from the staff that they take pride in their business.
