Lanell was wonderful. Even prior to reaching my home Lanell was communicative and clear regarding his arrival time. From notes I had provided he had some idea of what my issue could be, but didn’t pressure me. When he arrived and we did the diagnostic, the dishwasher was fine. it was actually just a water valve issue, so I’m thankful he didn’t laugh at me for being so uninformed. he was fantastic absolutely amazing level of professionalism and will be using him again in the future.

Lanell was punctual, personable and polite. A total professional. He even asked if I wanted him to put on shoe covers while he worked. He did the work as quoted. Additionally, he found my dryer duct was clogged so he cleaned it out at no extra charge. He took pride in providing food service.
