I’ve had a few projects done by Giles Residential Service (Andrew) and I’m very happy with the quality and customer service. Would highly recommend. The Giles Residencial Service (Andrew) contacted me prior to arriving, was on time, informed me what he is going to do. Respected my home, professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and very friendly . Excellent. The product I needed installed was defective and Andrew went above and beyond to help get replacement parts from the manufacturer and followed up until the job was completed. I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism and will request his services again in the future.
