Giorgio's Complete Cleanouts

Is excellent but too expensive

We hired Robert Giorgio to do a final cleanout of a condo, which included furniture, household items, clothing, and junk. The company strives to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. So clothing was donated, books were donated, and furniture and other sale-able items were taken to be auctioned. The auction part is the best part. Robert and his crew are paid by the hour for their work. The proceeds from whatever is sold at auction, however, will be sent to us (less the auction fee)! This is a very unique aspect of Robert's business, and will surely defray the cost of hiring him. His hourly rate was quite reasonable, and we made the job easier by bagging and labeling clothing, bagging trash, boxing up books, etc, thereby minimizing as much as we could the time required on his part. The work included leaving the condo "broom clean", which was in fact the case! All throughout the process, Robert was very responsive, very understanding of our needs, and very professional. On the day of the job, he showed up exactly on time. He and his crew worked efficiently, carefully and courteously. In all, Giorgio's Complete Cleanouts provided exactly the services we needed at exactly the time we needed them. It was a great experience and I will be calling Robert again for future cleanouts, I am sure!
