Girl vs. Grime cleans our Greensboro home every other week. We have been consistently pleased, for 5+ years! Highly recommend. I come home, my house is gleaming, spotless, and sweet smelling. We have four pets, so that's saying something! I have some special needs regarding scent-free products, and they cheerfully use the products I provide.

I'm very pleased with the thorough, reliable, and professional cleaning service these ladies provide...I would highly recommend Girls vs Grime over and beyond any other service available..These ladies know how to clean..Simply the best.

It is always a pleasure to have GVG clean my home. I have using this service since March 2016.

The first time that Girl vs. Grime cleaned out house I found several areas that I was less than impressed by, but thankfully instead of walking away I decided to follow up to let the owner know. Jennifer's customer service is absolutely fantastic! She followed up right away, sent a new team to clean, and we have been pleased with everything ever since (several months now). The women who come are always very friendly and do a great job for us. Communication is always very prompt and pleasant, not to mention flexible in timing of their service and areas to focus on.

They were here on time, did a wonderful job, were very professional, surprised at all they did in such a short time. Would definitely hire again!

Did not get my walls washed as needed

Everything went great. Three young women, NIkki, Alivia and Samantha, showed up right on time and we to work in a hurry. In an hour they had washed all the windows in my medium sized 3 bedroom with enough time to spare to dust and wipe down the wood work. Could not have been more pleased I wish I could afford it more often.

They probably needed more time so they could get to everything.

Jennifer (the owner) was very responsive to e-mail inquiries and helped answer all of our questions.  The actual cleaning crew also did a great job. <br />

This group is totally responsive and very thorough. We have pets, and they get ALL the hair out of everything. The girls are efficient and pleasant, and I totally trust them in my house when I'm not there, even when the cat is in residence. When my scheduled day falls on a holiday, they reach out many weeks in advance with a proposed rescheduling, and always send out reminders a few days before they're due to work. They come highly recommended! <br />

We love Girl vs Grime. They are very responsive to our needs and Jennifer Vines handles any special requests we might have promptly and efficiently. When the crew is finished our house is spotless. <br />

I have used many many cleaning companies and this company was the <strong><em>WORST </em></strong>one ever. I do <strong><em>NOT</em></strong> recommend them to anyone for any reason. NOT only because of  the ridiculously high prices, or the poor work quality, but because of the crappy customer service to follow. I recommend that you read the C-F Angie's list reviews and note all reviews are where service was provided VS a good bit of the A reviews where service was not.  <br /> This is what I was promised- Everything is exactly from our email correspondence <br /> From Girl VS Grime: <br /> All first visits to new client homes will receive a deep clean, we clean from the ceiling to floor and everything in between. Hand wiping blinds, baseboards, doors, cabinets etc. Please refer to the Service & Rates tab for a complete list of what is included.Additional things not listed, upon request. (Ex: Inside of appliances)Our deep cleans are performed by an extremely thorough, detail oriented and efficient team. We try to have one team member per 1000 sq. ft. (based on team availability). There's dirt in my window sills when I walk across my bathroom floor dirt sticks to my feet I had to ask one of the girls to come back in and wipe the counter before she left as I ran my hand across it and it was filled with dirt. I then found spots on the hardwood and was in the process of cleaning them and wiping them when one of the girls came back in and said excuse me I forgot something and walked right by me didn't even ask why I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the section The floor after I just paid $350 for a deep clean. In the upstairs master bathroom there's dirt and staining on the floor where it obviously was not cleaned or cleaned properly. I am very very displeased I have company coming in tomorrow and was very clear about when I expected from a deep cleaning- <br /> *************************************** <br /> From Girl VS grime to me <br />  I am very sorry to hear this. I know that my girls take the upmost pride in their work and always do their best to make sure the customer is very pleased when they are finished.When they are given a time limit on cleaning and a priority list, things are not always cleaned as thoroughly as we like them to be done because they have to allow time for everything on the list. Due to the size of your home and some of the challenges they encountered at your home, it limited their ability to be as thorough as they would have liked to have been.Again my apologies, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. But again with time limits/restrictions, we are not always able to achieve that goal. <br /> ************************************** <br /> I was so mad I did not respond.  <br /> ************************************ <br /> My Feelings on this: <br /> I was very thorough in explaining to this company what I wanted and asking what they provided in a deep clean. My concern was that I had company coming in for the weekend and my grandmother has horrible allergies. As far as when they said "challenges" encountered in my home, they are crazy. I spent two hours the night before "pre-cleaning" as in putting everything where it goes so that nothing was out of place so that there was nothing on bathroom counters, on floors, no junk to be moved or worked around. All this company had to do was actually provide the cleaning as in wipe down, scrub, sweep, mop dust ect.  <br /> When this company arrived I did give them a priority list as I had 3 hours. My priorities were in a certain order and are as follows: <br /> Kitchen/morning room <br /> Living room <br /> Dining Room <br /> Foyer/hall <br /> Half bath <br /> Upstairs Guest room and guest bath <br /> Daughters bathroom <br /> Daughters room <br /> Master Bath <br /> Master bedroom <br /> I walked them through every room after arriving 15 minutes late and explained that I had PRIORITIES of order to be completed and that I paid for the deep clean baseboards, window sills ect. My expectations were to completely 100 deep clean one room and than move on to the next in the order I provided. I told them that if they did not finish the list it was not an issue, that I could clean my daughters room, my bath and my bed if needed. I needed every room they did do to be spotless! This company than proceeded to rush through cleaning so that they got to every room instead. I was not provided the deep clean that I paid through my nose for. After I emailed her the initial list of my issues I continued to find things that they missed and or did a horrible job doing. I spent 2 hours cleaning my home after they left.  I paid for a larger team and more hours than recommended per them. They recommend "We try to have one team member per 1000 sq. ft-anywhere from 1 hour to 2 ½ hours per 1000 sq. ft." I have a 3800 sqft house, BUT they were not cleaning (skipping) my office 190sqft, my husbands office 190sqft, the playroom 120sqft, my second daughters room 190sqft, my large laundry room 100sqft  or my master walk in closet 150Sqft (Aprox. 1040sqft) dropping the cleaning area to aprox. 2800sqft. I paid for 3 girls for 3 hours each. <br /> This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. They are sloppy, unprofessional, rude and take no responsibility for the work preformed due to giving standard excuses. <br /> I recently used another angies list cleaning company. I paid $99 for 3 hours of cleaning, 2 people. The entire room list given to them, the same as girl vs grime left my house is spotless. They cleaned every room on my list and did an amazing job. I would have rather paid them $350 for one less person than Girl Vs Grime- Its about the quality of work and Girl Vs Grime just doesn't have it. <br /> <br />

There is nothing more satisfying than coming home after a long days work to a pristine house. The ladies from Girls vs Grime were fantastic to work with! My house has not been this clean since they day we moved in. Careful attention was paid to every inch of my home and I look forward to working with Girls vs Grime for all of my cleaning needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for house cleaning. <br />

Carrie and Shelia arrived promptly as scheduled and went right to work.  They cleaned with such an eye to detail -- my house sparkles.  We even went out to eat last night so we wouldn't mess anything up -- it looks that good!  Carrie and Sheila were very pleasant and  maintained their good humor with two electricians getting in their way throughout the morning.  My husband and I are so impressed we have asked them to clean for us once a month.  I couldn't be more pleased!  Thank you Carrie and Sheila -- great job! <br />
