We sold our couches on Craigslist, and needed help getting them from our house to the buyer's home. Mike quoted me over the phone and we were able to schedule the move within two days of my request. Although they ran into some traffic, Carlos and Dean were kind enough to call me and let me know they were running late. When they arrived, they quickly removed the couches from our Rec Room. Despite the tricky maneuver around our pool table, they left no marks on our freshly painted walls, and no mud on our new carpet. Thanks, Dean and Carlos!

There were other removal companies just as far from my home that did not travel to my area, these guys did. They gave me a honest quote and there were no surprises on the cost when they hauled away 2 truck loads of "stuff. I also needed them to move storage containers which they also did for an additional fee. The crew was professional and moved pretty quick, first surveying the area and marking items that would stay, the rest that would go. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did for me. I would use them again. Let's hope I don't have to, but I would call and recommend them to others. <br />

Setting up an appointment was easy. The Company was responsive to e-mails and phone calls were returned timely. The crew arrived within the two hour appointment window with the tools to remove the hot tub and decking ready to go. The crew gave me the cost of removal and got to work on the removal. Once the removal was complete, the foreman walked me through what was removed and what wasn't as the hot tub decking was attached to deck we wanted to keep. The removal was complete, timely, and site was left in clean shape. <br /> Communication, timeliness, removal and cost were all great. <br />

The guys were punctual, called ahead of time, and professional. They picked up furniture the very next morning after my call. Very good price compared to competitors include bulk trash service from my weekly trash company. I did not have to put on the curb. They discreetly came into my home and loaded it themselves. Will definitely use in the future. <br />

<p><strong>I DID NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I USED GET RID OF IT. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WHO THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING A GOOD DEAL WITH GET RID OF IT. HOWEVER, THEIR AD IS MISLEADING: THEY SAID LET THE PROS DO IT FOR YOU INSTEAD OF MAKING A LOT OF TRIPS TO THE DUMP. FOR WHAT THEY REMOVED AND HAULED AWAY, I COULD HAVE RENTED A U HAUL AND GOTTEN RID OF A TRUICK LOAD OF JUNK FOR FAR LESS MONEY. THEY CHARGED ME $129.00 TO REMOVER AND HAUL A SMALL AMOUNT OF JUNK AWAY. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $350.00 FOR A DRIVEWAY OF JUNK. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. HAD TO HAUL ALL THAT JUNK BACK INTO MY HOUSE THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE WITH THEM. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY?????? I HAD SECOND THOUGHTS REGARDING THIS REVIEW BUT I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I DECIDED TO DO SO.</strong></p>

I was not very pleased with the experience. By the time they got to me, their truck was very full and they couldn't take all the things I wanted to be taken. Then they weren't going to be able to come back. So, I was not pleased with that at all. It was not a good service. They wanted a lot more money to come back. This was the first time I used them. I was not there, my daughter was there at the time. More than one person came out.
