"You had called us after our job was done the following evening expressing my company had chipped the wall. You were back and fourth during and after, even checked everything after you became upset the step ladder had fallen over while neither myself or my worker was around the ladder. During this fall. With that being said I offered to correct it with my insurance taking fault not knowing if it was truly fault on my company. You explain to me your husband must not find out you called a cleaning service. You were unable to use company insurance. You were so upsetting to us before all this matter had even taken place. My worker had left your home in tears. From you degrading her stopping her and switching her all over the place. As she was simply following the instructions you gave then would take back and change. We also offered to clean as we would normally clean after we seen you may not have known what you really wanted. Just to try and help you make up your mind. Also you had stopped her multiple times telling her she was not doing it correctly we had only done all things instructed your way. Just as the blinds she was doing them you, instructed her that your husband cleans those areas regularly. Then we offered to come back and dust them once we returned you had us cleaning something else and had said you’ll dust the blinds. Everything that we had done you stopped us and asked for something more or different. We came back even after our first experience was our worst in three years. You still asked for things that were not included in your package. We continue to do all things asked of us. I do apologize some people are truly hard to please. You also yelled at myself over the phone in rude manner. I apologize to you and went back to see what could be done to make you happy. Even to the fact I worked around your hours all over the place to hide a cleaning from your husband and you degraded me for that as well. Telling me we should have never taken you in if we couldn’t. I was only following your lead and your time frame two days in a row. When we left you apologized for all your foul behavior had asked if we would be willing to work with you again. I offered you the check that was with me back to you and you said no you were satisfied with the work that was done. Also explained the carpet guys messed up wood trim. We hope you enjoy your day.
