Think I spoke to the issues in the questions before. I would like a refund for the amount I have paid because I have yet to receive the service.

We were extremely happy with the work, approach and price.  From the very first contact George was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  He came over, did a proper review of the locations where the TV's were to be installed and gave us good idea's and advice on how to hide the boxes in the kitchen together with his written proposal via email. <br /> Also I liked the fact he did not push to supply the various pieces of equipment and was happy for us to choose what he provided versus what we bought and provided.  He gave us good advice on what TV's/Speakers to go for and respected the budget we wanted to work within. <br /> On the day of the job itself George and his co-worker arrived on time, were very tidy and also gave us an accurate estimation of how long it would take to finish the work.  Throughout the process George gave us good advice and wad a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend this company. <br />

They did a great job. George was very informative before hand. He made sure I knew what he was going to do before doing it as well as explaining any additional charges. They cleaned up after themselves which is awesome. He and his assistant were professional and easy to work with. They arrived on time and got the work done without issue. I would definetly call him again. <br />

George was responsive and direct.  He is busy so we waited a month for our appointment but that is to be expected and was not a problem. <br /> <br /> Installed LED fans and left "regular" switches from old fans instructing us to change them to LED compatible.  After several visits from electricians and visits to lighting stores we learned that regardless of the switches, these fans could not be put on a dimmer, made a loud humming sound, gave off an ugly green/yellow dim light and the fan only worked at one speed - we needed new fans. <br /> <br /> With the help and guidance (and expense) of another electrician, we purchased new fans and switches that are PERFECT and I am so happy with them.  If we had just left the original work, I really was beginning to hate the upstairs of my home...

George was very responsive from the beginning.  George came out to the house, assessed my needs, and gave me a detailed quote a few days later.  We scheduled a Saturday install, and when the day arrived he and his crew arrived on time.  They quickly got to work, and kept me advised of their progress throughout the day. The moved furniture when necessary, used drop clothes, and cleaned up when they were done.  They also did a good job of patching the plaster walls where they had to cut in to run wires.  In the end, even with a couple of issues that tend to arise in older homes, the work was completed on time and for the quoted price.  I appreciate people who take pride in their work, quote a fair price, and comport themselves in a professional manner.  I would hire George and his team again without hesitation. <br />

It went great! George contacted me promptly and arranged an install date for a few weeks later. <br /> I like when companies are honest enough to tell you when they have the appropriate time to install it versus rushing to fit me in and often details can be missed. <br /> He and his assistant (Sorry, I forgot his name) did it all, electrical plug too, no need to arrange for an electrician. <br /> I was so impressed, my company hired him to install an $8000.00 state of the art, 75" Samsung LED with wireless Apple TV, video conferencing and features I still cannot comprehend! <br /> You cannot go wrong with this Super Service Award Winner! I Highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br />

George was very responsive by telephone and by email.  He was right on time both for our initial appointment and our install.  George certainly knows his stuff and had terrific recommendations with respect to products and approach.  I relied heavily on his judgment and advice, and I am very happy that I did so.  I found George to be very professional and personable.  <br /> He and his colleagues were very thorough and careful when installing everything and clearly had a lot of experience and expertise.  They did very high quality work and clearly took pride in doing a great job.  George made sure to explain everything he was doing and made sure we were able to operate everything before he left.  He tested everything thoroughly to ensure all components were working to his and our satisfaction and followed up with us a couple of weeks later.  <br /> We fully intend to have George do future work for us and recommend him highly to others.

I had George in to mount a new TV over my fireplace. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, was easy to work with (put up with my 1 1/2 yr old and Lab in the way the whole time) and gave me more than one option as for solutions. What I really liked was he (the owner) came out and did the work himself, took his time to do things the right way (when someone is putting holes in your walls and drilling near water pipes the last thing you need is someone rushing) which is exactly what I wanted and why I wanted a professional like George to complete the work. Couldn't be happier and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Installed TV bracket,wired and setup of all stereo components. Great job, clean and reliable.

George showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very receptive to answering questions throughout the installation.  The mount that George suggested works perfectly and was the ideal choice for our situation. <br />

They were friendly and on time. However, after they left I noticed the TV was mounted off-center. I called the owner after and he explained that the stud in the wall is off-center so that was the only way to mount the TV. Although it is not a major issue, for the cost, I would've liked if they had told me prior to them mounting so I could've made an informed choice about whether I wanted this to be off center. If they had told me, I could've actually returned the mount I bought and bought a different mount so it would not have been off-center. It was a father's day gift to my husband so unfortunately, although the job was completed and they were professional, I was not completely satisfied. <br />

George is great. Responsive, quick, efficient, knowledgable, funny. Our living room looks amazing with the tv installed above the fireplace - clean, seamless look with all cables hidden behind the wall. George rocks. Wouldnt hesitate to use him again. <br />

Project went well.  They had to accommodate a very tight schedule of mine and they did it on time and very well.  The cost was $700, but more than half of that was for equipment which they provided.  The TV mount was $350, which was more than I wanted to pay; I found a similar one at BJ's on sale for $250 but BJ's was not able to deliver on my schedule.  They were willing to go online to check out the BJ's mount and were willing to install it if BJ's had been able to deliver on time.  They were also willing to help me out with another project--installing two small mounts on another brick wall for no additional charge--and I appreciate that.  It took two men 1 1/2 hours to complete. <br /> They were pleasant, courteous, and did a quality job.  I would hire them again and/or recommend them to others. <br />

Contact was established and a mutually convenient day and time was established. As specified, I provided the TV wall mount. The wires behind the TV was quite a rat's nest. The installer referenced that the cost may be more than the "Big Deal" amount, as was specified in the fine print, depending on what kind of wall he had to drill through. I told him I just wanted to get this done and to clean up the electrical mess and install the new Sony Receiver. He estimated it would take two hours in addition to the Big Deal price. I also provided the required cable. I was never told what kind of wall he had to go through. Bottom line - The work was done and I am very happy with the result, but not with the price. <br />
