Did a great job with the install and very competitively priced. Had great communication and got the job done right.

Duraglass was quick to respond to my request for services, and schedule visit to my home - I had 4 panes of glass in wood frames that were needed to be replaced, and a double glass window that also needed to be replaced. DuraGlass arrived on schedule, determined what was needed for repairs; maintained great housekeeping in the execution of the work. cleaned up after the job, kept me informed on progress and status on arrival, and provided consultation on an additional window that needs repairs. The pricing was competitive, and overall, I was very happy with their efforts and would hire Duraglass again.

Total absolute 5 stars. Made everything “no problem”, stress free and quick and excellent work and clean job.

Emile installed two new aluminum clad windows. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He promised to return by a specific date to finish cappind and he was a man of his word. He returned before the date that we had agreed upon and installed the capping. I was very pleased that he was a man of his word. He installed the capping as he said that he would. He was very neat and he cleaned up everything without being asked. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the windows and installation. I would definitely use him again!

The repairman came on time to look at four windows that needed repair. He immediately saw the problems and said he can repair them. He texted a breakdown of the cost if each window and gave a reasonable price for repair. I reviewed the offer and texted back my approval and we agreed on a date. He arrived on time started work right away and completed 4 windows that morning. He was efficient and respectful I would recommend him to get the job done st a reasonable rate.

Prompt response for a cracked window project. Came in the next more and replaced quickly, like new. Professional and helpful. Would recommend and will use him in the future if another project pops up.

Hi. The person that came to replace my window was very professional first got me the estimate then in 2 days came to replace my window after ordering. Then call me to let me he was coming. Process was fast and efficient and price very economic. I call other places they won’t answer and leave message and after a week they call me when my window was changed already. I recommend Duraglass their job was efficient and fast.
