Glass Impressions

Glass impressions provided us with size and price options that best for our wants and needs. It was installed very efficiently. We love it, and it's perfect for our space!

After my house got broken into on Christmas, I needed to replace the shattered glass in my front door. I called a half dozen companies for estimates, and Glass Impressions was the clear winner -- despite being booked up for the week, the gentleman I spoke to recognized the urgency of my request and sent someone over the following morning to give me a quote. The quote was far better than every other company I spoke to and they were able to do the replacement then and there. All in all, very prompt and professional and I would definitely hire them again for future projects (hopefully under better circumstances).

Very smoothly. The two-person crew knew what they were doing and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. The garage door is at least 31 years old and the rubber sealing strips were in poor shape. The Glass Impressions crew handled it very gently and glued up the pre-existing damage before leaving.

Damon is great to coordinate with. He’s kind and funny, accommodating and makes scheduling great. They did a wonderful job replacing the window glass and have a 3 year warranty. I have used them on patio doors in the past as well!

Glass Impressions did a wonderful job of cleaning all 19 windows in our home, inside & out, including the inside sills, screens and also 2 glass storm doors. Mr. Waters and his team are very good at what they do. They were very reasonable. I plan to use them again, as needed.

They did a great job both with the estimate and the install.  I received a call about 30 minutes ahead of their arrival in both cases.  I was told that it would take about two weeks to order the glass and it did.  The only "issue" was that I was told that they would arrive between 9-11:00 am for the install.  By 11:00 am, I had heard nothing--not even a call saying they were on their way.  I called in and was told they had an emergency and were running late.  They finally arrived about 12:30 and it took only two hours for the install to be completed.  My suggestion would be to let cutomers know if they are not going to make the promised time frame due to an emergency. <br />

I called a bunch of providers to get the pricing.  Glass Impressions had the good prices and good reviews here so I decided to go with them.  Damon was helpful in explaining the different types of glass and the process.  They scheduled to come out to get measurements.  They arrived on time and called half hour before they came.  They measured the glass and provided a written estimate and said the glass would be ready in 2-3 weeks.  I used argon filled double pane glass. They called back on when the glass was ready to schedule an installation.  On the day of the install they called in advance and arrived on time.  They installed quickly and did a good job.  I would recommend them any day. <br />

The consultation, order of the window, and replacement went well and was very professional.  I have already referred a neighbor to them! <br />

I called the company and made an appointment for the following week. Two very nice gentlemen showed up at my home at the appointed time and carefully measured all four table tops. They gave me estimates on the spot, which were very reasonable, considering that they included custom fabrication, delivery and installation. They were great about answering all my questions, never rushed, very polite and professional. I gave them the order and was told that because of the special requirements of one of the table tops it would be about 3-4 weeks. Exactly 4 weeks later they called to tell me my table tops were ready and we arranged for delivery the next day. <br /> The two gentlemen who came to measure returned to deliver my glass. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they set up an area in my driveway where they carefully cleaned each table top to sparkling before bringing it inside and placing it where it needed to go. They were very careful, meticulous, and installed all four table tops to perfection. Each was a perfect fit, beautifully done. This was a wonderful experience every step of the way, and I would highly recommend Glass Impressions. They really know how to do business and make their customers happy. I was very impressed and would use them again in a heartbeat. <br />

The company was very good to work with. They came to the house on the day I called, working with my schedule. The technicians took measeurements, I placed a deposit, then they called a little more than a week later when the glass was in. They again worked with my schedule and installed the new window in just a few mintues. The quality of the window is higher than I expected and it has a 10-year warranty. <br />

The people from this company were on-time, professional and pleasant to deal with. They came to give an estimate on the same day I called them. The estimate they gave was for 5 windows which had to be ordered. The windows were available within the 2 weeks they promised and the install date was set for a fews days after. On install day it became obvious that we had had a mis-communication on what a and quot;windowand quot; is. To me, one window included both the top and bottom panel in the window frame. However, they counted each panel as a separate window - so I really needed 10 panels and they had only ordered 5. Immediately they offered to order and install the 5 additional panels I needed at a 20% discount. I accepted the offer, they ordered the windows, and they were installed approximately 2 weeks later. <br /> All in all, even though I had to go through the process twice, I came out ahead because of the 20% discount on the second part of the order. <br />

Scott and Damian, the two guys I have dealt with on several occasions, are customer service oriented and have been great to deal with. I had some time pressures to have the work done quickly and they were wonderfully responsive and helpful in that regard. I can't say enough about how they helped me deal with a stressful situation in such a professional way. The new windows fit perfectly and work well and the price seemed fair.
