It has been more than 2 weeks now, they took $50 advance and have not replaced my window glass. I had to call twice to follwo up. They never call and give you any update. This project is still not yet done. i am disappointed.

He called quickly. Gave competitive estimate. Came as promised and completed job in a quality manner.

He came out to measure the glass. He called me to set up a time to install the new glass and he could do it that morning. He showed me how to "fix" the trim around the window on my own.

Came out, measured, and gave me an estimate, and installed professionally within 7 business days (leaving no mess). Now that's quick service. He is a hard worker, very pleasant, and has the best prices. I will be using him in the future and will recommend him to friends.

Professional, friendly and did what they set out to do. They were on time and always returned calls and followed instructions correctly. I appreciate the fact that they gave me very good information on the procedure, did not pressure me and cleaned up their work area. AT FIRST I WAS VERY SCARED TO DROP OFF MY WINDOW AT A RESIDENTIAL HOME. WHEN I CALL JEFF HE TOLD ME HIS MOTHER WOULD BE WAITING FOR ME OUTSIDE HIS HOME. WHEN I ARRIVED HIS MOM WAS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY AND GUARANTEED ME THAT HIS SON WAS A PROFFESIONAL AND HARD WORKING WITH VERY LOW RATES. SHE WAS RIGHT HE IS VERY PROFFESIONAL AND KEPT HIS PROMISE AND THE WINDOW WHERE RIGHT ON TIME. JEFF DID A GREAT CLEAN JOB, I CAME HOME AND INSTALLED MY WINDOWS WITH OUT A PROBLEM. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND JEFF TO MY OWN CLIENTS AND FRIENDS/RELATIVES.
