Installation was delayed because of cold weather. Installed last week. It took less than an hour...Great job.

They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after installing.

It went okay. They weren't the easiest to get a hold of. Also, they were missing parts so it took them longer to put the shower walls together.

The estimator came out and measured and gave me a price and an install date which was out about 2 weeks. <br /> Installer knew what he was doing and it came out very nice. <br />

The work was done very quickly, completed sooner than I was first told.  I was very happy with the quality and the finished product.  Both pieces of glass fit and look great on top of a wooded round tabletop and my new dresser top. The wood is being protected and still looks very nice. <br />

Pleasant voice when I called about leaking shower door; helpful discussion of whether I needed a service call at my home or whether I could do it myself. I decided I needed a service call. Staff made 2 visits: first one assessed what needed to be done and  got door adjusted. Second visit 4 days later repaired the fixed panel of glass. All workers were friendly and professional. Results are good: no leaking and both glass panels line up properly. <br />

Since it was a small job, I was hoping it could be done while I waited, but they handle jobs in the order in which they are received (no exceptions), so I had to wait until they called for a pick-up.  The piece was perfectly duplicated and carefully packaged against breakage.  They even supplied me with the correct adhesive for mirrors since I was completing the repair.  All in all,  a good experience.  I'm thankful to have found this company and recommend them to anyone who needs mirror work done. <br />

Called to make an appointment to get an estimate of the work and they were friendly on the phone and in person.  We were willing to get Doug to come out within a few days and schedule the work within a week.  Very happy with how fast and professional the workers were in getting the huge mirrors off the walls and out of the house.  We plan to use them again when remodeling our master bath and putting in a glass shower door. <br />

Service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They provided a estimate and approximate day the door would be ready. It was ready on time. A day later there was a small issue with the sealing caulk but they took care of it right away as the shop is on premises, with an apology for the inconvenience. Fireplace glass is not their main business, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding glass repair options for my job. Would definitely use these folks again.

Matthew was our sales rep and did an awesome job. He went out of his way helping me find someone to notch our granite for the install. The install was done on time as scheduled. Great job! <br />

I went in to the showroom and spoke with Kevin about what I was looking for. He very thoroughly explained the various options in shower doors that they could provide. Based on my rough measurements, Kevin quoted me a price range ($100 between low and high end). I scheduled a field measurement, which occured several days later. Doug was right on time and we talked about how <br /> high up the shower door enclosure should go. We decided it should be 6 inches higher than originally estimated due to the height of the shower head. The final price came right in the middle of the original estimate, even with the additional height.  (I used an Angie's List discount which they were running.) The opening is wide (50 inches), so we went with a 26 inch shower door and a 24 inch solid stationary glass structure.  <br /> The install was scheduled for two weeks out (could have been a day earlier but that didn't work with my schedule). The installers showed up right on time and did a great job installing it! No problems at all; the whole experience went very smoothly. <br /> I had gotten one other quote, which was basically in the same ballpark, but that company was not able to provide the door as quickly. <br />

From the beginning of the sale to the last installation, it went like clockwork.  Lovely people and a great price. <br />

The mirror glass in my 40+ year old bathroom mirror had deteriorated to the point where it was cloudy and opaque.  It needed to be replaced so I called Glass and Mirror Outlet.  I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, and he told me I could bring in the mirror and they could replace the glass within a few days.  I gave him the approximate dimensions of the mirror and he said the ballpark cost estimate would be about $100.00. <br /> I brought the mirror in on a Tuesday and it was ready by Friday.  The cost for my 40" x 32" rectangular mirror glass was $125.00 installed.  It was wrapped well in brown paper to keep it from getting damaged in transit. <br /> I was satisfied with the work they did.  The new mirror glass is nice and clear and the backer board of the frame was properly reapplied. <br /> <br /> <br />

They came out to give me an estimate the day after I called.  I had one other estimate from another company and this one was cheaper.  They measured and was able to install the next week.  Called to remind me of appointment and installers came on time and were friendly and professional.  Glass looks great.  No complaints. <br />
