I’ve had a good experience with them. It was an insurance claim. The ease of service, they came out and were punctual, they were on time and they did it at my office, which is what stood out to me. Their quality was great. They were very professional.

Great experiences are rare these days. I have never been, more impressed with a company that services a market that the customer may never need again, like auto glass replacement. I would not consider using anyone else for my auto glass issues. Everyone from customer service were first class, as was the installation. If Paul Heinauer (owner) opens a restaurant, I am eating there. I know the service will be 5 stars.

When the windshield got damaged went straight to this place,glasspro ,Mrs. Emily Anglin the customer service representative, was very knowledgeable caring and called my insurance right away giving me right away an answer of what I was need to do! <br />After few days, they called me to schedule my appt. <br />At arrival the manager Mr.Danny explain to me everything about the installation , very knowledgeable and caring. <br />Awesome place to do business, caring for the costumer from everyone in the building. <br />Highly recommend ,for sure going to pass alone my great experience here! <br />Regards. <br />

We had terrible ice and it placed about a 2 ft crack on my windshield. This was on a Thursday morning and I noticed it when starting my car to go to work. <br /> On the way to work, I filed the claim and contacted GlassPro to do the work. <br /> When I called, the person asked who my insurance company was, I told them, and in about 2 min she had them on the phone wit my info pulled up. Since GlassPro is a partner with my insurance, they took care of everything and it didn't cost me at time of service. <br /> I scheduled a mobile appt for the next day (a Friday) and GlassPro came to my work, picked the car up and took it back to the shop, and returned about 90 min later all fixed. They asked if they could take it so they could fix it faster - that's fine with me. <br /> Less than 48 hours after discovering the crack, I have a new beautiful windshield. It was very easy and convenient. <br /> I will definitely use them again. <br />

The service was great! It was fine.

My windshield was damaged by a stone. The service was covered by my insurance. Glasspro was able to schedule me quickly and they showed up on time to perform the repair. The reason for the Overall Experience rating of a B was for 2 reasons. First, they were supposed to contact me when they were in route. This did not occur. Second, I would have liked to know that I could not drive my car for 1 hour after the service was completed. They did not inform me of this until after the new windshield was installed. Despite these two factors, I was generally happy with my repair, would use Glasspro again, and would recommend them to others. <br />

They called our insurance company and verified coverage. They set up a time to come out and do the replacement, called us when they were on their way. They were on time and had our windsheild replaced quickly. It started raining and he suggested we put the vehicle inside for 24 hours for the seal to cure. Very professional and knowlegeable installer. <br />

He pointed out how bad the installation was done by the other company, a couple of years ago. They had actually rusted behind it, and he said it was unsafe; it would have popped out in an accident, if we would have had one. He said it was horrible, so he scrapped it all, repaired the rust that was in there. There was a hole in there that he repaired and put the windshield on. He did a super job, we were lucky. The insurance paid for the full installation.
