It went smooth. The house is 25 years old, and a lot of 'parts' to match when remodeling. Gary is very meticulous on the work. Also highly responsive in communication/questions. Overall it went very well. Recommended.

Gary was very responsive and we set a date. He showed up on time despite coming a long distance. He suggested the way to fix it and I agreed. He left to pick up materials and came back and got it fixed in less than the 4 hour time I had signed up for. I am very pleased with the result. <br /> However, I do feel bad that he had to travel so far to get to my house. <br />

They did the work with the quoted price and were able to finish the project ahead of schedule. They were required to work with a very tight schedule and had to work around some of our ongoing activity during construction. They were able to accommodate our needs very well. They kept the construction area very neat and the work areas were always well organized. They followed through on some punchlist items with subcontractors and were a great help in getting some small but important details resolved. <br />
