This was a wonderful experience. From the initial design work to the final touches the project has gone very well. The only negative was the stress of initial planning and deciding what we wanted versus what we could afford. We put on a large addition - a great room/ kitchen and a screened porch. Our project manager Justin was incredible. He was always available and responsive to our needs. We would notice something we had a question about and email or text him and we received an immediate reply. Everything was dealt with promptly. The sub contractors were also all amazing. They were incredibly hard working, often arriving before we left or work and still there when we returned. The project moved along quickly but with attention to detail. We are very happy with the results. We have a beautiful new home. Glickman Design Build was very attentive to the overall results. Our whole first floor was painted and the floors were redone to match throughout the first floor. This is quality work. It is also very solid - we hardly hear the wind and storms outside when we sit in the addition. We are not so sure about the strength of the old part of our house but we feel this new addition was well built with high quality.

They were very professional and accommodating to my questions and requests. They made sure I got the countertop I want and worked with us on our budget.

Glickman designed and built a multi-generational home for us. It included popping off the roof and adding a new floor/level above the existing home. We are very pleased with the design. We plan to begin construction as soon as the financing is setup. Glickman is helping us line up financing.

Glickman Design Build designed and constructed a whole house remodel. The scope included a new master suite, hall bathroom, in-law suite, family room, garage, storage over the garage, mud room, & powder room. We are very pleased and so are others who see it. Glickman remodeled two bathrooms and built a deck for us. The remodeling is beautiful. We especially enjoy the feel and look of the master bathroom. They removed a wall and opened up the space. It is larger and lighter...before the remodel it felt cramped and dark. We use it every day. Everyone who sees it is impressed. We recommend Glickman and plan to use them again.

We hired Glickman to design and remodel our home in Falls Church, VA. Their designer, Jill had very creative design ideas and she was a real pleasure to work with. They showed me amazing 3d renderings so I know what it would look like before we began construction. During construction, the guys were punctual, very pleasant and kept up updated throughout the job. My new Home for Life: Glickman Design Build completed a project which allows us to stay in our home for as long as we wish. The remodel and expansion includes the typical aspects: kitchen, bathrooms, larger family room and also a zero step entry and zero step entry to master bedroom/bathroom suite. We are quite pleased. The space is handicap accessible but does NOT look like it is. We are very pleased and we feel it will add to resale value if it is sold at some point by us or our kids.

Glickman Design/Build designed & built a 2 story addition masterpiece. It contained a family room and kitchen on the main level and a master bedroom/bathroom/closet on the top level. We wanted to stay in our home until they carry us out feet first! Therefore, we wanted to make our home fully wheelchair accessible; with a caveat�we did not want it to look at all wheelchair accessible! Russ Glickman was the perfect choice for this project.
