"ok so people like you kill me I stayed in contact I was supposed to come the next day to install it and I didn't come back because you told me not to I'm sorry the one part took so long and then my mother in law passed but I stayed in contact the whole time and just so you know there are 2 common things that cause your problem I was going to be replacing both the thermal fuse is what it is called and the switch just so it isn't a problem down the road and furthermore you didn't pay me for the parts or to come fix it you only paid me for the initial service call so don't make it like I took your money and didn't come back you only paid me for"
